Purchased a pre owned vehicle with a retractable step but it was not working when I purchased it. Dealership said I can bring it back if it's not a complicated repair. It took 4hrs for the dealership to tell me that they are not fixing it.

My 22 Wrangler was difficult to shift into 4wd so I made an 8am appointment to have it checked out. The dealership is about 15-30 minutes away. After getting to the dealer at 8am, I was told that they couldn't look at it until later in the afternoon. What good is making an appointment then? I told them I didn't have time to wait all day and was told that they know it is a problem and have been trying to get the scheduling department to do better. Their incompetenice in scheduling wasted my time and gas. I was supposed to meet with sales to see about doing a custom order for a 24 Wrangler but after that forget it. I will go back to Thunder Jeep in Bartow where I got my 22, much better experience there.

I took my Vehicle for a checkup because it was making a unusual noise. Waited 5 hours there and got no updates! Was told they needed 3 more hours so I decided to leave the car there since it was close to closing time. Didn't get any updates so I had to call and was told they needed 12 more hours to figure out was was going on. When I asked what they think the problem could be they said they didn't know. My vehicle was there for more than 8 hours and they still couldn't tell me what was wrong with it. After the 12 hours were given and we called for an update they told us they didn't know what was wrong with the vehicle and that it wouldn't start and the MANAGER offered to pay the tow truck to bring us our vehicle to the house. I drove my car to the dealership with no problem and they wanted to give me back my vehicle not starting. we were the ones that had to keep calling for updates they never returned calls and never got in contact with us. Fast forward to now and we still don't have our vehicle, it's been about 3 weeks! My Vehicle has full warranty and they are giving us so much issues. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I do not recommended any type of business with this dealership. * I rate this dealership NO STARS but I had to select one to be able to post!

I want to Winterhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge looking for a new vehicle.The sales rep was nice in the beginning I explained in detail what I was looking for , Quickly he showed me the car I wanted I agreed to terms even had someone cosign who had almost an 800 credit score. They continued to tell me everything was approved gave me the keys and told me to have a nice day. Well guess what they called me a few weeks later stating that I needed to bring back the car that the contract was not finalized and the bank did not approve it. That's where they became extremely nasty and unprofessional with me when they realized it was not all done and they were not going to make a commission they were rude and aggressive that's where I was confused because I had signed a contract with them before I left, they started threatening tocall law enforcement on me if I did not bring it back right away I explained that I was at work and they continued to threaten me very angrily. Funny story went to the Dodge dealer in Lakeland got the same deal I love my car. I would not recommend this place whatsoever it was highly unprofessional and disorganized The entire process from beginning to end.Oh and it's gets worse they ran my credit 22 yes 22 times without telling me. I'm giving one star because it does not give me an option for 0. Beside that, i spent money on window tints and never got my money back!

Take your business elsewhere. Came here for maintenance on a car that has a warranty and have too many complaints to write them out. Zero stars. Will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here.

We saw a used car online from this dealership priced in our budget. So I called the day before going to see if it was available, it was, so We drove from out of town to buy the car, but when we got there, they told us the car was sold and they had another car just like it that was $4,000 more expensive! I told him we wanted to stay in our budget so we weren't interested in a more expensive car, and also that's why I called first to see if the car was still available. Then all of a sudden the car was available again. But now he said the market had changed (in less than 24 hours) and the car was not $2,000 more expensive. I was appalled. and very dissapointed that they would lie to us and change the price to try to get us to pay more money for a USED car. Luckily i had screen shot a picture of the price the day before and showed that to the manager (at this point I asked to speak with the manager) and he "supposedly" gave us a $2,000 discount which was not a discount, it just went back to the price it already was. Very dishonest.

I have been buying vehicle for 45 years. Rare is the dealership with customer service like this. Nick in sales, Todd his manager and Bill in finance all were fantastic. They were patient with me as I struggled with making the purchase and were not pushy. Once the sale was complete they were there for me after sales when I had questions. HIghly recommend this dealership.

My goodness why do I always end up at the crappy dealerships? All I wanted was an oil change and I couldn't even get that. I drove 1 hour to come to this specific location because they had a great coupon online for the oil change- however, the website said something along the lines of "no need to book an appointment! Express/fast oil change." In fact, it didn't even allow me to book an appointment since it was "not needed." ANYWAYS, I arrived after driving an hour to be greeted rudely by pretty much all of the staff members. (They didn't want to help me at ALL!) I was told I would have to make an appointment to get my oil change, and it would take about THREE HOURS. No thank you.... Went to Take 5 right next door and was in and out in 10 minutes. Honestly, this takes the cake for the worst Dodge dealership I've ever been to...

One star is too generous!!!!This place is horrible!! Too many negatives to list. I will never ever step foot there again. I'll name a few. Brought Jeep in to have speedometer calibrated to larger than stock tires. They charged me but it was never done. Requested parking brake be adjusted. Came out twice as bad as when brought in. Tire warning light on dash. Requested this to be corrected. It was not. They told me vehicle was road tested and all issues were corrected. I got pulled over for speeding but luckily had the PAID receipt in my glove box from speedometer allegedly being calibrated. This saved me a ticket but still received a warning. Took vehicle back and was told a bunch of garbage about why it didn't work even after they said it did. Appointments are meaningless!! No one in service ever answers the phone. I am so sick of hearing about the "Low Payment Kings while I am endlessly sitting on hold. I makes me want to vomit. After bringing Jeep back I was told Jeep parking brakes are no good and I should not have been charged nor told it could be adjusted. I was also told speedometer could not be calibrated to my tires yet I was charged for it. I was told by service manager he would refund a pitiful amount of the bill. It has been several weeks now and no check. I called and after many attempts the phone was answered. The service manager told me he forgot to send it. This place is horrible!!. Service advisors that don't know their vehicles, mechanics that are incapable of performing simple tasks with honesty, Service Manager that doesn't give a darn about promises he makes, I could go on and on. Pretty smiles are worth nothing when they are incapable of repairing your vehicle or at least providing correct service advice.THIS PLACE IS THE "POOR SERVICE KINGS"You have been warned!!!!!!
