“Buyer beware! I recently purchased a recliner online. It was delivered fast and no problem. However, less that two week the recliner was hurting my back. I called the store to see if I can return it. They said yes as long it's within 30 days, receipt, and most importantly the original box/packaging. Well I planned on keeping it so I threw away the box. They do not make any exceptions, without the box no return. I called customer service and they said the same thing. Unbelievable the quality of this recliner and policy.**** Update: A store manager finally contacted me and stated that the return policy told was not accurate. I was able to return the recliner.”
“I'm a regular at this store. This store always has what I need and the staff is hardworking and pleasant . My only complaint is that it is so hot in the store. By the time I get to the register, I am sweating! Please turn the air conditioner on!”
“Big Al's here are friendly and courteous and are always willing to help find something. I noticed early in the morning this store is really calm and quiet so I like to go in before there's too many people when the lines get long it's not as fun.”
“experience! Interesting store to shop in...you find unique items at times...love to browse around there....never leave there empty handed Cheryl Mason winterhaven”
“It s a Family Dollar. So that means boxes on the floor, shelves haphazard stocked, overworked staff, etc. However, they did have the Mentos gum and Monster Energy drink I wanted, and the cashier was friendly.”
“This is a Brand new store. It's very clean. You can get through the aisles unlike most other dollar generals. The cashiers are readily available to check you out expeditiously. I enjoyed shopping in the store. They were not out of anything! Most Of their merchandise is plentiful. I recommend shopping here for a quick grocery, Household goods common housewares common and generally what you need around the house.”
“I'm giving DG 5 stars for its hard working, stressed out employees. Let ME tell you what the problem is! I'm an over the road truck driver who trained on the DG account. My oldest daughter was training to be a store manager for them but quit. Not because she didn't like the people or job but the stress! Us drivers would show up at the stores with there delivers. Sometimes half or a 3rd of the trailer per store. Everything is pushed into the back room that most often isn't big enough because each store sells so much. The employees have to take care of the customers, stock shelves, and run register at same time. There is no time to stock! My daughter got written up twice for closing store at night and working off the clock to try and get store organized. She has OCD. It's not within her to walk away from a job unfinished. Most of the, during the day time, there is one cashier, a manager, and one other person to stock shelves AND they have to back up the cashier if needed. The managers run crazy trying to help in every area. Just put yourself in their shoes. Next time you go inside and see all that stuff in those carts. Just imagine it was your job to put all that away. You have one maybe 2 days until next truck comes in.The best way to beat this problem is do like Walmart and Home Depot. Have a night crew!!! They wouldn't have to deal with customers or money! JUST STOCK!! This way every store would be fully stocked when opening first thing each day. The day time employees would only have to deal with customers and maybe, just maybe a few items that didn't get done. It's time for DG to step it up and hire more people to better serve YOU!! In the long run DG would increase there profits! It's working for Walmart and Home Depot! Look at there quarterly sale.”
“The very friendly employee helped me with the product I was looking for. It even has a small market. The very friendly employee helped me with the product I was looking for. It even has a small market.”
“??? love every single person that works at the Dollar general good people's always helping out and always have something good to say always smiling??????❤️???”
“I believe the name of the cashier is Cassidy she deliver great customer service. She greeted me when I walked in she was polite and very sweet. She checked me out when I was done shopping she paid attention and made my experience quick and easy. Usually they have just the checkout opened and you wait for cashier but today was a easy-going I didn't have to wait at all.”
“Like this store, affordable prices and service is nice. I like the candles they sell for a dollar. I've bought candy, pound cake ,decorations, candles, bags ,cups, and more from this store all great quality price and the gift ability of the things sold here are 610 sells essentials and more. Wait time was minimal. Carts must stay inside the store . big store but its spread out so its not a big amount of products but I like it. Prices were not on fabuloso cleaning wipes so I decided not to buy due to my small budget concerned on the price. I like the dollar tree as well. Here is a photo of the candle and coastal décor I purchased here. Store is short staffed (or appears so ) masks not required but sign says they are very confusing. They do sell clothing, panties, bras ,pants ,shirts ,shoes, and its convenient in case you spill a snack or get wet . Lots of snacks .great for a quick stop on a road trip . Thanks for your wonderful store and service. Update : went today on Thursday Feb 24 2022 . again a great experience . shoes felt like better quality than Walmart.”
“Located on the corner of lake ruby rd and thompson nursery, Dollar General is a convenient place to buy groceries that you need last minute in rural areas which are populated. Good selection, self checkout available. Popular place for beer and cigarettes.”
“I really only went in to see if they had decent looking produce. It has been 3 years since I entered any Save A Lot. . . Well, I will be back when I plan on shopping for groceries. They have Quality foods and a Really Nice Variety. Prices are as good or better than the "other guy's". Selections may be Save A Lot only; so, when you find something you like, You Hotta Go Back. ? Like Aldis, Publix, or Winn-Dixie I know where to buy butter one week, or meats the next week. But, I won't be driving home with ice cream (too far).
Bagging is similar to ALDI'S”
“I love the Dollar Tree, it's one of my favorite stores, BUT, the phone # that is listed is a NON WORKING #!?? Sometimes i'd like to call before making the trip there to see if they have a certain item, or ask their hours ect. That's inconvenient in my opinion.”
