My first experience with calling Direct Auto Insurance was a great experience. I spoke with Jerrica who has excellent customer service skills. She took her time to explain everything to me. She didn't rush me. She even waited patiently while I put her on hold a few times and got cut off a couple of times. She was awesome all around. I have worked in customer service and I know when someone makes you feel like they know you, it's a great feeling. Especially with me losing my daughter a week prior to a tragic death, that made me feel like there are still good people in this world. She never knew I lost my daughter until the almost very end of the call, so I know she wasn't just being nice for that reason. She really does have a great heart. Thank you so much Jerrica for all you do and your award winning attitude. Direct Auto Insurance needs more people like you working for them. I would recommend any and everyone to your company.
