Employees are lazy and don't care about the patients.

The reception is hardly ever in the front office the front door entrance is closed there is no staff in front door to let this patient in as soon as they get there so they have to wait a bit outside till someone come up to the door and let the patient in. My husband is a patient there and he hates it there he gets stress out I've decided to take home training for his dyalisis so he won't have to be so stress out with the facility and staff there he tells me that sometime there are rued to him. Don't recommend this facility to anyone.

My wife is a patient at this facility since late December 2019. Receives treatment three times per week, Mon, Wed, and Friday. Overall results seem to get the job done, even with all the glitches that seem to happen more often than should be expected. Appears this facility has an alarming turnover of personnel for whatever reason. Promptness is of little concern when a three and a half to four hour session lingers longer for no apparent reason. I am not a trained medical person by any means, so this is just a general synopsis of my experience with dialysis, and having had no prior encounters, there is a possibility my expectations were out of the realm of reality. In no way am I condemning or slamming anyone.

Been coming here for over 6 years for dialysis treatment. The staff are friendly and courteous. It is easy to tell they care about you as a patient and a person. Some of the best people I have ever been around
