Mediocre community. The property is poorly taken care of. Drainage pipes flow water down the street constantly. I paid the lot rent and received a demand notice of payment in 5 days or leave the property. Funny thing is I handed the payment to the manager in her hand. It no longer is a 55 plus community. Kids galore and young adults. Way over 20 percent of people here. So suffice it to say I'm not pleased I bought a home here. If you think I'm fibbing move here and find out.

Presseively it is that attitude of you that we do not want here, you comment about tottoos is IGNORANT, because in NOTHINH has to see the tattoos of her, with her great personality, she is a respectful lady, and I have never had problems with community management, and I was given the opportunity and the community is good, and clean, to finish you have to have a little more respect when describing people (?more when is a LADY ); if I could make the decision whether or not to give you a chance here, I would tell you NO.

I came in and talked to a lady blonde older lady with tattoos on her arms the worst experience I've ever had in my life to my experience ever anywhere. Yes I know it's a 55 community but also know that you can percentage of 45 and up can be in there and I asked about it. She told me there's no such thing and told me to that I could leave.

Decent pricing, but services are awful. The roads are WAY too narrow, the dock was poorly constructed, and the "community" buildings are poorly kept/maintained. But the worst offense is the plumbing/drainage. It is so old and malfunctioning and they REFUSE to do anything about it. But the neighbors are great, management is unobtrusive, and being close to the lake is very nice.
