You can no longer talk to a live person when you call. You have to leave a message and they will call you back when it is convenient for them. If I could change pharmacies, I would.

CVS has an excellent rewards program - one of the best around. It helps me make some purchases I couldn't afford otherwise on a limited income as a retiree.
And the level of personal service I have experienced has been unusual in this day and age. Very much appreciated.

I came in today to see if this pharmacy could check their stock for a medication that 2 other pharmacies had on back order that I previously visited. The lady looked at copy of my paperwork and looked at the note on the paper reporting the same thing my note said... Which was that the medication was on back order. They didn't even go and check their stock. They literally just didn't care and took the easy way out by not checking. Horrible customer service.

The only reason why I give 4 stars is because of Mini, the pharmacist. I've been using this CVS for years and she is the only one that is consistent with great customer service. She cares enough to do her job thoroughly and even calls me with questions or to update me.
The rest of the staff are got our miss. Almost seems like they should be told that are being paid to do a job that THEY chose. They make me feel like I'm bothering. But thank God I can always wait for Mini to be on shift. Thank you Mini your kindness and caring is much appreciated ♡

Seems very hit or miss here. Sometimes customer service is good, sometimes awful. Had a prescription that was sent multiple times by physician(I was able to confirm this). When I asked exacerbated cause I had tried three times what I should do, they told me to call the pharmacy that the physician sent the medications to...which would of course be them.This has happened before and it's frustrating. Pharmacist there has no empathy. Techs are pretty friendly but half of the prescriptions sent there seem to get lost or fail to be received at all.

It's a shame that a pharmacy that is good in its products often the employees are rude to the customer and it has happened to me several times in different CVS. No matter how kind they are very rude.
