I use The restroom at this location is absolutely disgusting. It shows that hadn’t been cleaned since February 13 and today is February 18 It smelled like pee. It had a dirty diaper in there no soap and very little bit of toilet paper so it shows you that it really probably has not been cleaned in a week.

I had to leave a 5 star review not so much for the store but for the cashier Michael who works in the mornings. That man makes you feel like you walked into a luxury resort or Disneyland. He has such a great attitude and is so full of life. No joke, this man should be the face of customer service in retail all over the world and train others. CVS is incredibly lucky to have him.

Sitting here at 9:05am Saturday January 20, 2024. Closed with an open time of 9am.Opens right after I write that, sees me, makes eye contact with no greeting. Answers phone. And now I'm waiting for him to open everything before he can greet us or help us. Such professionalism. Starts asking patients their birthdays loudly and from behind the back counter. Never came forward to work with patients while the entire store can hear all of our conversation.

The pharmacy is consistently slow.. wait times on phone are over an hour and wait times at the store can easily be an hour.It’s been a very inconvenient process. No other pharmacy is working as inefficiently as this one.Wish I had better things to say

I have been trying to call CVS for over an hour to try to speak to someone first I was on hold and a half hour I hung up and called right back and was on hold another 20 minutes or so I can't believe that someone didn't answer the phone I had questions to ask I stated that and still no one answered.

This pharmacy used to be great. Now the pharmacist can’t get to work on time, prescriptions are never ready on time, and the service is subpar. I have no idea what happened to make it get so horrible but it needs to be fixed.

The pharmacy staff is usually pretty great and the cashiers in the pharmacy are always very polite. But the cashiers at the front of the store are incredibly slow and take what feels like a lifetime to ring things up. Not only that but they let the line grow extremely long before calling for a backup cashier. I’ve never in my life seen cashiers move that slow. self checkout is an option but the issue is the majority of the sale items don’t ring up properly and so that leaves people needing help. I miss coming here for random beauty products since they always have great deals on hair care but between the slowness of the service and them constantly paging “security scan all isles” I don’t feel very comfortable being inside the store for more than a few minutes. The main reason I even come to CVS anymore is the pharmacy itself and how wonderful the pharmacist and his staff is.

The drive thru wait time is the worst no matter what time of day you visit. Also the inside line foe pharmacy is horrible. They definitely need more workers with better pay so they can at least work with energy and faster service.

Very upset with the service provided today. I called to see if they had florastor 250 mg (because they are far away from my home but I desperately needed it cause the doctor prescribed it to me to start early tomorrow morning coming out the hospital today and no other stores were open) I was told there was only one so I drove as quick as I can in pain and when I arrived it was 500 mg that he was looking at. Even though I confirmed multiple times that him and I were talking about the 250 mg. Wasted my time and energy.

Amazing service the woman up front today took care of me and she was so kind as well as the whole staff. Some of the best I’ve seen at the pharmacy. They deserve a round of applause with the service they provide. CVS should be proud to have a pharmacy staff that shows explore service the way they do. Thank you Pharmacy staff !!! Thank you Limarys and Angie Alonso most of all !!!!
