Best phone store I been too with the best customer service a girl named Angie took care of me and she was the sweetest and help me with any concern I had all the girls seem like very great employee. I am going to tell all my friends to come here . I am very happy with my service if u look for a place with great deal and great peiple to help u this is the store!

I switched to cricket from metro. I cracked my phone screen while with metro and they wanted about double the price of what I paid for the phone I had. I went through the same thing with cricket and paid the same price as listed. The customer service with cricket is phenomenal.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!!! So I was in the decision making process about switching from android to apple....I asked a couple questions but all 3 employees assured me I'd love it! Well, they end up being out of new iPhone XR and said it'll be an hour before they can get one. I said that's fine I'll wait. i was promised quite a discount for taking the demo phone. (You know the one everyone plays with that's on display in the store). so I didn't know at the time because I hadn't used apple but i couldn't get the stupid phone to work for like 4 days and finally took it back in and they finished setting it up! Apparently their coworker Maria had decided not to do her job that day! so I got 2 and a half days with a working iPhone to decide if I want to keep, which I don't so I decide to go back (within the 7day refund period) and this girl doesn't want me to give up on apple and won't do the refund!!! What the hell am I supposed to do?! Fine annoyed and mad I left. she had told me prior but I went online to check on my insurance and what the steps are to making a claim because I'm told $50 for new phone! Ha wrong again $250 which is what I paid for the phone so what's the point of insurance?! Cricket employees did nothing but lie to me! please if you value your stuff GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!! anyone know how to get in touch with corporate?! Something has to be done about this!

I have been using cricket for several years now and I'm always pleased with the service. But the employees in the Winter Haven Store (Cyprus Gardens Blvd) go the extra mile and are welcoming and helpful. I've had some issues with a couple of phones (user errors) and Danielle helped me work it all out and find a new phone that suited my needs while demonstrating patience and professionalism.All of the staff were busy that day and I noted how they looked to the needs of the customers without making anyone feel lost in dealing with technology.Highly recommend.
