Finally a good experience with a cricket store! I didn't catch her name, but the manager was amazing. She was helpful, quick, and above all, respectful. Pretty much every other time we've been to cricket it was a bad experience with bad attitudes but she made it so easy. We got a new phone, at a price lower than she originally quoted, in under half an hour. No pressure or attitude.If you've ever had issue with this location I recommend giving it another shot.

Manager lied. Wouldn't take back a phone I could not see, read, or hold ( to small) the very next morning after purchase. When she said I could. Get customer service on the phone due to problems running out of data in 1 day. Getting stranded somewhere not near wifi. Then get home. Can't use wifi or data. Cricket as my Phone provider Sucks. The area range is small. Drop calls continously. Can't even walk around in my house in certain rooms because I'll not get service. This company is the PITS!
