Last year I went in ready to buy a comfortable recliner. They tried to get me to buy a "new" recliner which, when I looked it over carefully, had numerous stains in the linen and a 1" rip on the backside. I commented and they said "well, it was rented for a while." RUN FROM THEM. The original Claussens were honest. Not any more!

I had the best experience purchasing my dining room set from Claussen's. The salesman Manny and the manager Joe were excellent to work with. I got high quality furniture at a fair price. The service was wonderful. Skip the big chain stores and go local.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store! They have been serving our community for many, many years and know what they're doing! I always get the best service, love the tone and environment they set and love the quality. We purchased an entire home of furnishings and could not be happier. You will love the selection, as there is NO ONE that comes close to their selection, their quality and fair pricing. You get what you pay for. This is not a low end store, and that's not what they're clientele want, myself included. If you can't find what you're looking for, they can most likely get it. Check them out...you won't be disappointed! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!!

Was very excited when they delivered my sofa. After two days I was sitting in a pocket, the recliner was grinding and the mechanics on the moving portion wasn't working. Claussen sent a technician and he said he could fix it. Several weeks later they came and got the sofa. Returned it two days later and the problems were not only NOT fixed but a new problem emerged. At that point I wanted a new sofa. Joe Clausen said I needed to meet with the Pallisar rep. Something he said I would NEVER have to do. When he sold me the sofa he said any problems, I would deal with him not the rep. STIRKE THREE. I ended up trading for a lesser sofa. My original sofa was $5900.00 and the one I settled on was $3500.00. He gave me $1500. back on my credit card. Add it up, I lost $900.00 and am wondering why I had to pay for the problems for a sofa that he sold me. If you buy furniture from Claussen and it has problems, BEWARE....it will cost you in a big way.

After searching all over the southwest for a specific Stressless brand chair, we contacted Clausen's, who not only had the chair in stock, but were able to deliver it the next day. I know that isn't typical- delivery was quite a distance away, but the fact they made the effort to tell us they already had a delivery coming to our area and could get a chair for us on the truck was significant. My wife spoke with them on the phone to complete the order and they were magnificent. I've definitely moved them to the top of the list or places to shop furniture in the future! A special thanks to Justin for making it all work out for us.

Justin Claussen was very kind, professional and responsive. He had a good knowledge of his inventory and offered options I might not have known about. My loveseat and chair arrived ahead of the quoted delivery and the delivery men were very polite and careful with the furniture. An overall great experience. I would do business with Claussens again.

Had the occasion to take my elderly Dad to this store to buy a recliner. They had a great inventory of what he was looking for, and at a very competitive price. Additionally, they provided delivery and take away services, which met a real need for my parents. The greatest feature in the whole experience was the customer service and hospitality offered. The elderly can get quite anxious in these situations, and the staff was extremely gracious and hospitable. A great example of Christian charity, thank you!

DUE TO COVID19, HAD TO WAIT FOR ITEMS ORDERED. IT'S BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS NOW FOR A SPECIALLY MADE LOVE SEAT, NOT YET Here AND 6 WEEKS FOR THE DELIVERY OF A DAY BED AND MATTRESS WHICH WAS ALREADY MADE AND WAS PROMISED IN TWO OR 3 WEEKS. THEIR FURNITURE IS THE BEST. BOUGHT FROM THEM BEFORE. JUST HAVE TO WAIT PATIENTLY. WORTH IT THOUGH.
