No pressure sales and everyone is friendly. I paid my down payment and was to pick it up the next day with paperwork ready to sign and car detailed. We'll paperwork wasn't ready and no detailing was done. So I waited, got everything signed and was on my way. When looking thru things when I got home I noticed I was only given 1 keyfob with key. So I called and was told I could pick it up next day. Called next day and I had to go back again because they had to order 2nd one and it had to be programed. There goes another hour there. All this and all I get is an I'm sorry. It's not like I live next door. They should have had both keys before they sold it.

I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. After determining vehicle for purchase there was no pressure to get what they had on lot but to find what I wanted. They walked me through every step of purchasing and explaining functions in vehicle. Definitely would deal with them in the furture

My experience at this dealership was phenomenal. Though hard to admit at first, I am/was a die-hard FORD man. I've had my eye on the 24 Colorado trail-boss for some time now. I decided to come in and take a look at one.
Will was the first person that approached me within minutes of getting out of my car. He was friendly and to the point. Within 5min I had keys in my hand and went on a road trip. The feel of the whole experience was like family, I've been to plenty of Ford dealers where it takes 30min to get in a vehicle then the sales guy rides along with you. So, I was a bit off guard when he handed me keys and told me to take it for a spin.
Impressed with the overall truck, I was not really in a need for a new car, I already had a 2023 truck (ford maverick). I started working alongside James at this point. And we worked a very good deal, how good? Well, I now drive a 2024 Colorado trail boss!
Sorry Ford but you guys dropped the ball on your service and trucks. Turned this guy into a Chevy fan.
10 out 10 people would come to this dealership again, thank you James, and Will for making this a quick and great experience, by far best dealership experience I have had ever.

Had a problem with my 2017 Sierra turning over really slow while trying to start it. Auto Zone checked the battery on their computer and said it was good. Thought I may be needing a starter but Winter Haven Chevrolet determined it was just the battery. Mike the service guy was very courteous and had my truck ready quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future!
