“First of all this was the 2nd remodel I had done by Burn's . I was so satisfied by the work they did on my kitchen and master bath I asked them to do my guest bath. Unfortunately my Loving wife of 40 years was diagnosed with ALS ( Lou Garrett's disease) she has become so disabled that she is no longer able to use our bathroom shower or guest tub. I called Stephanie with Burns and told her who I was and that they did my first remodel. Of coarse she remembered me and was greatful that I had remembered her.. I told her about my wife and our devastating news. I told her I needed my guest bathroom converted to a handicap accessible bathroom ASAP. So my wife could be as comfortable as possible. And have some form of normalcy. She immediately came out got measurements and ideas and got our bathroom remodel in stellar time and quality. All of the workers were professional, kind and understanding. It went seamless and very quickly. I can't express how grateful I am for what the whole team did for me and my wife. She is able to use the bathroom and shower without any issues. Thank you Burn's for making her life as comfortable as possible ?. I will tell everyone what a great and compassionate company you were to work with. Not to mention the quality and beauty of the finished product.
