If I could give zero stars I WOULD! I called this morning with an issue I've been having with my phone. The only thing the girl that I spoke to could keep saying was if it's after seven days you can't return it. I wasn't trying to return it. I needed some information from the store I bought the phone from so I could give it to the manufacturer. The girl was rude, hung up on me several times and then refused to answer my calls.DONT WASTE MONEY HERE THE STAFF IS RUDE!!!

I had problems with my phone and they helped find the problem and told me what to do to correct it. I also found a phone case for my cool pad brisa that I had been looking for a long time. I will be using the boost store on havendale from now on.

While the woman working was pleasant they really arent equipped to handle much and couldnt help me. I wanted to switch service and while i was given the usp code for the appropriate sim card that was the extent of customer service.
