If i could give it a 0 i would. I will start with the positive. It's a nice facility. The front staff seemed nice enough. That is where it ends. I am looking for a new pcp because my dr. Ofc closed. I made an appointment and before thw appointment, they called.to say the insurance was rejecting and they wanted tk check the information. I gave it again and they said it.was showing invalid, but would get help and call if they still had an issue. No more calls. I got to the appointment a week later and ... the insurance is invalid. Again... i waited until they fixed it...somehow.they had my name wrong in the system, even though i checked in no issues. Then the asst calle me.to.the dr. Ofc. During his intake, i have a really bad.case of excema on my hands.. he looks at.them and says out of couriosity what happened to your hands.. not for.the intake..i repond and he goes.. oh i thought you were burned.. Then dr villarreal comes in. He starts to go over my papers.. asks questions.. i answer. Some i don't know or remember and some i do. Because my coice was flat and quiet..this horrible human being looks at.me and.says do you always answer that flat. Do you need a.psychiatrist? I almost walked.out..but.didn't want.to be rude. Lets just say, it got worse..horrible person. Never going back there... stay away from here.......

My recent experience with the office staff has been extremely distressing. On 05/13, I needed urgent medical documents faxed and despite following Dr. Ortiz’s advice to contact the office if any problems arose, my calls went unanswered for weeks.
As a mother, the urgency of this matter was critical, so I went to the office in person. I expressed my frustration politely to the temporary receptionist, explaining my situation and asking when the permanent receptionist would be back to handle this urgent matter. I was assured that the documents would be ready by Monday. However, during this interaction, a nurse at the station overheard part of my conversation, misinterpreted my frustration as a threat, and accused me of threatening the receptionist. When I clarified with the receptionist, she confirmed I had made no threats.
To my shock, the nurse then used a racial slur against me. This behavior was deeply hurtful and unprofessional. I left the office in tears and later called to report the incident, reaffirming that I had not threatened anyone. Despite this, the staff refused to provide the names of those involved or any assistance.
This experience has left me uncomfortable returning to the facility, despite the positive relationship we have with Dr. Ortiz. I need the documents back to secure necessary supplies for my children, but I am nervous about returning to such a hostile and racist environment. I hope the management addresses this serious issue, as my children love their doctor, but the behavior of the staff is unacceptable. The temporary receptionist confirmed I did not threaten her and then proceeded to advise me they would not be giving me the name of the racist associate. The racist associate was about 5’4- 5’7 regular sized dirty blonde haired caucasian women who was at the nurses station /desks who sat on the far left side. I guess that me stating I was coming back Monday was considered a threat which I don't know how knowing that I handed physical papers to the temporary associate that I told her I would retrieve back from her Monday which is a normal transaction that most medical offices do daily! It is unacceptable, and she only treated me like that because I “looked” a certain way and I truly believe that. She needs to be FIRED. I did contact Patient Advocate and they stated they would be investigating and im waiting for a call back. I love my children's pediatrician we have been going to this facility for years, and this is the first time this has ever happen to me!

wish I could give negative stars terrible service receptionist very rude and unfriendly, and generally unprofessional. Try bay care urgent care instead.

They are extremely rude to patients. They need more friendlier staff I will never ever use this place ever again I will go to the er and sit for 12 hours before I use this place again

I've been to the Bond Clinic Urgent Care in Winterhaven twice now for a recurring issue. The first time a couple months ago I was told to wear a mask which was no problem, but I don't carry masks with me so I asked for one. I was told they don't give them out... this is not a mask complaint but the ensuing disrespect and attitude I received was intolerable. I made my complaint known civilly and carried on with my appointment. Second time now 10/9/22 2:18 PM. I tried the Bay Care Urgent Care across the street because of my last interaction but they were closed. So, I begrudgingly drove across the street to the Bond Clinic again... From the car to the door I only thought about the mask.. hopefully some at the door? No. Fortunately it was not mandatory at this time. I waited a the wait here sign and was called up. The lady stared at me... I waited a moment for a greeting but it never came... I said, I'm here for an appointment. She said in a miserable tone. What are you being seen for? I explained my issue then promptly asked why I am treated so poorly each time I come. Staff has a terrible attitude, the provider actually Google searched what meds to use for my issue. Unbelievable. Unless I'm dead or dying, I won't be back. You're literally in the patient "care" business... how about caring!!

Make a list of questions ahead of time to ask your doctor confirm all thing thru your doctor(next appointment, cost e.g )don't deal with the office girls. They act like you bothering them especially when they attempt to answer medical questions ???? I got a big laugh the day one of them told me a medical pen doesn't work because it is empty I said no it's not working because I can't turn it to fill it up??♂️

I wish I could rate lower. The worst service ever. Go anywhere else but here. Rude black lady at the desk lying about not having masks to give us. We were literally dying with pain and she couldn't help us with a mask. We had to go outside, ask the custodian for a mask. He went inside, and the lady gave him masks and he gave them to us. The attitude was horrible. And the medical staff sitting behind her were equally as unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE.

Friendly staff had to wait 2 plus hours but they were super busy can't blame them thou. Lot people sick and getting tested for Covid. Overall experience not bad when it was mine turn it went fast and they were very helpful.

This place is so bad if I could give it 0 stars I would. There is only one check in and a line wrapping around the building. If these weren't Covid tests and it really was an URGENT CARE then it would be really bad.
