Bolton’s towing is the best!!! They saved me in the dead of night after my car insurance roadside assistance left me stranded after letting me wait 1 1/2 hours just for them to cancel my call for help because they couldn’t “find a tow truck”! I immediately called Bolton’s and in less than an hour my car was on their truck, headed to the mechanic! They are wonderful!! I was shocked at how overall great of an experience it was to have my car towed! Bolton’s is incredibly affordable too! If anything they should charge more for their promptness, expertise, and hospitality. I was shaken up a bit, but Joe was super friendly, SO kind, and even eventually got my mind off of my car problems! The tow truck dispatcher I spoke to was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient too! Thank goodness for Joe & the great team at Bolton’s towing! Good companies and great people are hard to find!

Needed a long distance tow late at night. Bolton's did not hesitate to take my call. They didn't charge an arm and a leg, they just wanted my tow.The driver Joe was tow-tally amazing and kept me up to speed with the time and drop off. GREAT JOB!

Parked in front my home for one hour and was towed. Wasn’t blocking any of the road or anything. Complete nonsense and I have to pay $170 for parking where I live. Not someone to do business with

Terrible company who tows vacationers cars for no reason in the middle of the night. Coordinates with VRBO community security staff to gain access to gated communities and tow cars in driveways (claims blocking sidewalk), but that's a lie because if you look at the picture the vehicle couldn't have been blocking the sidewalk because if it was, his tow rig wouldn't be able to lower on the sidewalk!!!Yes, send me the pics and/or video you have. I also have video. I have already contacted my attorney and based on other 1-star reviews, This definitely seeks like your business model is to be tow as many cars from vacation communities in the middle of the night as possible from unsuspecting innocents that are not in violation of any parking rules. The communities security team is obviously in cahoots as one other person noted in their review. Shame on you and them.

They took my car that was in front of a cousin's house at 1 in the morning, they did not leave any notice or information to communicate with me, and later I located it by GPS, when I arrived at the place, which the person who was there did. It was my turn to make fun while paying the fine, terrible service, disrespectful.

Great quick quality service. I was only 10 miles from home when my truck got messed up, some other towing services were charging ridiculous prices but I spoke to Logan and he gave me a price that seemed doable given the fact that I was around the corner from home.The towing person was Angelo, such a kind and proactive guy which I truly appreciated his humbleness.Thank you for taking care of me and not ripping off my pockets.
