We couldn't be happier with the work Brad did on selling our home. We went under contract 3 times with our home, and only for reasons due to the potential buyers backing out the first 2 times for reasons out of anyone's control. The great thing was each time we got a new contract the bids went up and we sold our home for much more than we thought possible, and above list price. Rhonda was actually the sellers agent when we bought the home, and my mother who was my realtor then enjoyed working with her so much she referred us back to their team when we were ready to sell and my mother was not able to be our agent due to how far away she lived. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell to use the Better Homes team.

Rhonda and Bree have always been very helpful with anything I have needed. They are incredibly thorough and quick to respond when I leave a message. Bree even had her computer on vacation and was working with me over the weekend to make sure I got the documents I needed for my prospective tenant. I don't ever have to worry about the contents of my lease agreements because they do such a great job!

Rhonda sold us our first home in Winter Haven. She handled all of our needs and more while we made the move from Alabama. The process was so easy for us, due to her hard work and dedication.My husband decided his dream was to be on the water which meant selling our existing home. Brad and Rhonda spent a lot of time working and preparing us for the listing process. Brad assured us they would use their knowledge, expertise and their use of available technology to sell our home in a timely manner. Brad sold our house in less than a week!!After we received contract on existing home they found our dream home two days later! They have answered all of our calls and emails promptly regardless of time of day or night. Brad and Rhonda sold our house in 2 weeks! I can speak for both of us when I say it was the best realtor experience we could ever ask for. The communication was great and with our hectic schedules they accommodated us with courtesy and professionalism. We experienced some last minute snags with our movers and time was running short but Brad listened to our predicament and calmed the buyers down and our closing went on as planned. We will use no one else moving forward!A friend used or recommendation and even though her house was not in the best of locations, it sold for more than she ever thought possible and in a short period of time. Hard working, honest and just nice people, Brad and Rhonda were GREAT!
