I took my car to get polished so some of the scratches from the paint to can be removed. He told me I see what I can do and he did NOTHING ! Some of the wax are still in the cracks of the hood and in some places under the car. I paid 200 dollars for basically a car wash. The interior looks almost EXACTLY the same. I would not recommend going to bens.Services: Paint repair

I have been using Ben's Auto Detailing since he opened his business. He has moved locations several times over the years and has always done an excellent job. Just recently i brought my 2018 HD Ultra Limited to Ben to detail. I was in a rush because i was trade it in. This motorcycle has seen a lot of miles and looked in fair condition. Ben did such a good job i credit his work for getting me 9 out of 10 on the trade in inspection at the dealership. If you have been through this process before you know that is saying something. Ben took my motorcycle late in his business day and worked on it and had it ready by 9 o'clock the next morning. YES, with all businesses you will have good and bad experiences. I have known Ben for over 30 years and i know him to be honest. You can even read in the comments that he owns his mistakes. As we all know people love to complain and you tend to get more bad reviews than good. Just know that Ben is honest and does his best. He has always been 5 stars in my book. . . . . . . AND JUST KNOW JEFFREY EPSTEIN DIDN'T KILL HIMSELF

Made appointment.had someone follow me there. Dropped off at 8:15. Left all day. My vehicle wasn’t touched at all. Ben never called and didn’t seem to care at all. Not sure how he stays in business……

I am giving this business two stars because on the surface the detailing is well done. The outside of the vehicle looks great and the inside was wiped down and vacuumed properly. However, when we picked up our car we were told the seats were still "a little damp". Actually all of the seats were very wet and the next day everything is still wet and the whole interior smells like a wet dog. I understand that to deep clean stains water must penetrate but obviously it was not extracted as much as needed. Hoping there will not be mold and mildew. Additionally the air bag light is now on which it was not when the car was dropped off. It just feels as if the job was rushed through. Will not use this business in the future.

It was a great experience. I was quoted a couple grand at BMW for repair of some scratches and had to wait a week to get in. Called this place they got me in same day same time. Fair prices (more like great pricing) and amazing work!! It looks like I never got side swiped. And my car came out sparkling clean!! They went above and beyond to repair my car. I recommend this place to anyone looking for scratch repair or any detailing period. Will definitely return if I ever have another scratch (hopefully not).

I called this place and asked for a quote on an interior vacuum and shampooing of seats and carpets. I said I had had my dog in the car for a longer than usual trip and he had gotten hair everywhere. I was quoted $75 and was told it would take 2-3 hours. I arrived the next day for my appointment and asked if the guy would like to visually assess the car to make sure he was getting a fair payment as he had quoted me blind. He looked and said $75 was still fine and it would still only take 2-3 hours. I had some appointments in the area in walking distance so I left my car in his hands. The 3 hour mark comes and goes and I hadn’t heard anything. I went to a local restaurant to have a snack and wait. When time his the 4 hour mark I walked back over to check on the progress and he was talking to another customer. He said my car wasn’t ready yet but was almost finished. I said no problem and sat down to wait. 20 minutes later he pulls the car up and says there was more hair than he thought and had to go over everything a second time but that he still hadn’t had time to properly dry everything. He advised me to just leave my car doors open for cross breeze until it dried. It’s my fault then for not physically checking just how wet the carpets were but I paid and left. I got home to realize that the carpets were absolutely 100% saturated with water and with the humidity in Florida they would absolutely NEVER dry. By the next day my car was starting to stink. I was going out of town the next day and had to leave my car with my mom who has a car port she could park my car under to protect it from the rain while she left the windows open. I got home today to find that the carpets are a disaster and the entire car still stinks. I’m going to have to take it to a different business tomorrow to get it properly cleaned. I will NEVER come back to this business again.

I went today for a quick interior detailing.Ben was quick, efficient and an all around nice person. The job took roughly 35 minutes and was spotless from the crazy night beforehand. Would definitely recommend.
