Finding the right Bank, with regards to servicing ones financial needs is critical, not only from the financial aspect, but also from the quality and customer service aspect. Specifically when making a major move from one state to another.Customer service being vital to every organization. The Bank of America Financial Center Manager Nikita Meetoo, specifically at the Cypress Gardens Rd facility Fl. is a great example of outstanding customer service. Walking into the bank without an appointment for the service needed by the undersigned, Nikita had gone that extra mile to assist me. Despite having an IT issue on the computer trying to put forth a transaction several times she was finally able to find and alternate solution and succeeded. Her perseverance in satisfying the customers need was impressive and substantiates the true meaning of great customer service which was much appreciated.Nikita is definitely an asset to the Bank of America Organization. It is through actions as Substantiated above by employees such as Nikita, that enables the Bank of America Cypress Gardens Rd facility Winter Haven to not only have an edge over its competitors, but also have an edge over the Alternate Bank of America facility on Central Avenue in Winter Haven that definitely, Lacks the understanding of customer service.Nikita, definitely deserves some recognition for this outstanding service. We have our home loan through BOA. We chose this branch to do a closing on something additional. We had an appointment with someone who BOA had chosen to close. When we arrived at the 3:30 appointment time, the "bank manager" reminded us twice that they close at 4:00 pm. She was not friendly, in fact she was rude.

It’s a shame this bank is so bad. Service is pathetic.Hardly opens at all anymore and when they do there are lines for miles . Two times I went there when they were supposed to be open and they were closed for lunch. That’s right , they arbitrarily close for lunch sometimes and you never know when until you get there . Don’t think about calling to find out if they are closed for lunch because they don’t answer the phone either way. I’ve had to drive 15 miles to a Lakeland or the Haines City branch on numerous occasions.

Don't try to get a home loan with them. This poor buyer has been stuck with them for 8 weeks going on 9 weeks they have delayed the closing 4x already and have asked for 2 appraisals and Bs documents to act like they know what they are doing but they are incompetent and have no idea what they need until 4 weeks after they were supposed to close. I feel sorry for the buyer but I'm pulling out. I refuse to keep being dragged around with this company. If you want to ever get a loan, use a small local bank and do not sell to someone who has a pre-approval with them. A measly 124k loan and they can't seem to get their crap together. As soon as we started talking about them and how they keep delaying, everyone, title company, other Agents, and sellers say they always delay by 2 weeks minimum and they refuse offers from them. Well so will I. NEVER AGAIN! All they do is lie to the buyers agent, the buyers broker, and my title company. Forget you Bank Of America! More like scam of America.

I doubt that this branch will ever reopen, it's unbelievable to me that you can close all your branches except one and still expect to retain customers. The excuse of the Covid-19 exposure is total BS. If you really cared about that, you wouldn't have 30 people standing in line at your downtown branch. I was inside the downtown BOA last week and a older lady wanted an appointment to see someone about her account, the manager (if that's what you call him) told her it would be three days before she could get an appointment. WHAT! Maybe if you opened up the other branches you wouldn't have people backed up for three days. How can you possibly justify this business model? I've already opened accounts up at a local bank that actually wants the business. It's a shame as I have been a customer of this branch since it was Barnett Bank 25 years ago.

They were already really slow with only a couple tellers but they closed the drive thru and everyone has to go inside. Just pathetic and the manager is all talk and no help. The tellers are very nice and deserve better.

Not the best bank in terms of time efficiency, and they also forgot to order my card when I opened a checking account (but they rushed it free of charge after I told them my husband received his, and I still hadn’t gotten mind a couple of weeks later).

went to use atm. the security guard went out of his way to stare me down, checking me out, I felt so violated, then went inside to complain to manager Beny, He didn't care about anythingI had to say. Racist against whites. I left and all black women inside was laughing and grinning and staring at me. I am taking my business else where.
