This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an Auto Zone! The store manager was amazing and extremely helpful/ knowledgeable when it came to changing my car battery! I will recommend this specific shop time and time again!

Came in to look for a fan switch for the AC. Ended up getting Mike, come to find out. Mike is no good with information or how to find it nor how to sell anything or how to tell what could be used or not be used. He is about the useless parts guy I have ever met in my 43 years. He might want to think about retiring or finding a new career. This is not gonna stop me from shopping your stores just not this store. Thanks for your time on reading this. Please help Mike with his education.

Laziest employees EvER! My son overheard a guy say he didnt want to install my father's windshield wipers bc the Ford 250 ones weren't easy to install. So they told my father they didn't have any in-stock.
