“I was feeling grinchy this year. brought the car in for service this am and left with my adjustment ( on me and the car). Christmas music, fully decorated tree, peppermint coffee and toys for tots boxes to fill. if you need to get into the Christmas spirit this year, take your car in for service and spend a little time in the waiting area. Honest!! Exceptional service!! We've been doing business here for decades. I will highly recommend them to everyone.”

Reasonable diagnostic fee and gave me a few days to decide on path forward as transmission needs replacement. Ultimately arranged for it to be towed back to my home on east coast. Great communication and worked with me to get it picked up. Absolutely recommend Stewart’s top notch people.”

“The team at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven went far and above any expectations and service I have ever received from a Dealership. I didn't think it was going to be possible to get into a brand-new Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid due to my credit and Chico in the Finance office made it happen with minimum money down. There was no mark up on MSRP which most dealerships are marking these trucks up 8-10K due to the demand. I got the welcome call from the finance company today and I love the truck very much as well as the 43 mpg. I also delt with a sales rep named Manuel and he was really great and professional. If you are in need of a vehicle for a reasonable price, have back credit, and think it is impossible Chico in Finance may be able to surprise you. “Brought my 2012 Evo X to Redlane with a bunch of mechanical issues that i couldn't fix. Upon arrival i am greeted by Steven and Pops. Walked me through their shop and really made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. Explained to them all of my issues and "wants" and they took it from there. I figured i wouldnt see my car for 2-3 months but Redlane got back to me within 1 month. Picked up my car and instantly felt a difference in power and overall smoothness of the ride. Will absolutely be coming back for more power down the road.”
