Went to Auto Dynamics today for an oil change and ended up needing a new battery. Service was superb and they were so kind and helpful to get my new battery under the warranty from the old one. Oil change was fast and a great price and they do a vehicle check as well. Great place. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I recently had an excellent experience at Auto Dynamics in Winter Garden, FL, and I wanted to share my appreciation for their exceptional service. I’m from Miami and had traveled to Winter Haven to pick up a U-Haul trailer for transporting a motorcycle I’d purchased. Upon arrival, I discovered I had the wrong set of keys for my hitch, which meant I couldn’t adjust it to the correct ball size.
Feeling quite stressed after a 3.5-hour drive, I found Auto Dynamics nearby and decided to give them a try. From the moment I walked in, the manager, Easton, was incredibly helpful. He listened to my situation, and despite several attempts with different keys, nothing seemed to work. Easton then introduced me to Darshawn, one of their master mechanics, who was equally knowledgeable and professional.
Within just 20 minutes, Darshawn and Easton managed to remove the lock from my hitch, ordered the necessary parts, and ensured everything was set up perfectly for my trailer. I was back on the road with everything taken care of, which was a huge relief.
If you’re in the area—whether you’re a local or just passing through—Auto Dynamics is the place to go for reliable and prompt service. The customer service and quality of work are truly unbeatable. I highly recommend them!

Went in for a quick oil change because it was conveniently located across the street from work and was pleasantly surprised by not only the services done but the customer service as well. Destiny at the front desk was very welcoming and easy to talk to. In the back Erick worked quickly and efficiently to complete the oil change and he also rotated (and filled) my tires for me. Overall great experience here and I think I found my new go-to shop!

My work experience at Auto Dynamics
I worked at Auto Dynamics from April 1, 2006, until November 11, 2019, and was happily employed by the founders and owners. To work with these gentlemen was a pleasure. They always cared for their employees and customers, and we had a great team of technicians for many years. They did not have much turnover if any at all. One of the owners became ill, and the other bought him out so his partner could retire comfortably.
Everything was still good until the last owner sold the company to the new owner in November 2019. Now, the rest of the story until October of 2023. Oh, how we heard nothing would change, but it did. The new owner was and is very dishonest. It's all about the money and not the employees or the customers. Employees started to leave due to this man, and over time, most of the loyal customers went as well. I was the last of the original team, and it was a struggle to go to work for this man, who was always argumentative and condescending. Narcissism is an excellent way to describe him. He went through at least ten new hires as they could not work for him either. He needs a good lesson in ethics. That job ended on October 20, 2023, and I am happy I no longer work for a man who puts himself and money above all else. I am not a disgruntled X employee; it is just the truth.
The new owner is extremely dishonest and will sell you repairs you do not need with his smile. I implore you not to trust this man, as I told him he is a dishonest man and I am an honest man while we discussed what he said the customer wanted. I advised him that all the work suggested had already been done and that he should inform the customer, but no, he is a ripoff. When he first came as an owner, we had a customer with a Mercury Mountaineer who had a misfire. I diagnosed it as plugs and recommended coils. The job was never approved, but the old owner, who was still working for the new owner until they got up to speed, felt the customer would repair it, but that was not the case. So, the new owner took it upon himself to remove all new parts and reinstalled the owner's old parts, but not without closing the electrodes on at least four plugs. The customer came to pick up his vehicle after paying a diagnostic fee. He had quite the breakdown as his vehicle ran worse now than when he brought it in. I have several more cases, but it would consume too much time to point out and prove the new owner at Auto Dynamics is a thief. Everybody can choose who they trust their automobile service to, but The New Auto Dynamics is not the place.
Eric your reply is mostly fabricated and I think you know that. Hope you can sleep at night.

I had to come in last minute because my battery terminals were bad. The staff was incredibly friendly and even though it was close to closing time, they still changed the terminals out fairly fast and patiently answered all of our questions.THEY ARE WORTH IT!!!

I would not recommend Auto Dynamics. When it was owned by Manuel it was a trustworthy, capable, honest business, but not so with the new owner. I took my car there for an AC problem in March of this year, and was told it was a faulty AC compressor which he replaced. Six months later I took the car back because it was blowing warm air and was told that the evaporator valve needed to be replaced. Another $900! That same day, after the repair, my car started with low horn like sounds from the AC. He wanted me to bring it back again, but at this point I didn’t trust this guy or his ability. I took it elsewhere, where I was told that the compressor was bad and that the compressor that was put in my car looked like a refurbished auto parts store compressor not a true Mercedes compressor that I requested.
I went back to Auto Dynamics and asked Darshan, the owner, for a refund. He took the part that had been removed from my car and said he would get back to me. When I called him Monday, I was told that he would not be refunding any money to me, and threatened legal action if I said anything bad about his business. I’m sorry but this is still the USA and free speech still exists! He also said that he didn’t like the way I spoke to him. Sorry again, but I’m sure everyone can agree, that when you feel that a business has not been upfront and honest, you’re not the happiest person at that moment. Although, he kept saying there was “name calling” which was confusing as that definitely did not happen. He also told me that if I said anything bad about his business, he would post a copy of the refund check from the defective compressor on line as a donation to a church. I hope he does the donation because he certainly doesn’t deserve it. At this point, I’ll be looking at this loss of money as “lesson learned”, but maybe by posting this review, someone else will be luckier and choose another mechanic’s business.

My first time dealing with this new owner was a very satisfying experience. They tell you exactly what needs your vehicle has and how they can address it. Will certainly be coming back to them with all my future needs and repairs.
