“I brought my doll for repair on March 26, 2022 and paid in full (Invoice number 8912-24). Since then I've emailed several times asking for progress, but only received one response (dated July 22, 2022) saying the doll would be completed in August 2022 "..at the latest. Sorry for the delay". I truly hope you do intend to repair my doll, all I ask is to communicate the progress. If not please just communicate and I will come get my doll along with a full refund of $171.20. I have photos of the doll.
