My iPad 8th gen quit charging. They spent 15 or so minutes cleaning and checking out the charging port. Said the port was bad and needed to be replaced:cost $139. BUT he told me I’d be far ahead to upgrade, even to just a 9th gen, which I could buy on Amazon for $249. Said that way I’d have a new battery, etc. So that’s what I did. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostics or his time. I really appreciated that he didn’t just go ahead and replace port to make some money. If I ever have tech issues again I will definitely go back there.

Amazing spot! Owner was so kind and knowledgeable. He doesn’t push to upsell , and he even found what I needed ( tempered glass) on Amazon for much cheaper. My daughters iPad screen was in need of repair and they replaced it within 2 days ( he had to order the correct color or it would have been 24 hours.) Price to fix was much cheaper than I had assumed. Excellent repair! Thank you for your services!

To start, The parts arrive an they did not call and if they did like they told me bo message left to let me know. I had to do a walk in to check the status.Second, after the claim they fix my screen, I resalizes olmost a 5 days later that they damage my camara when they fix my phone. The they did not want to be responsible for it. They never teste the phone in front of me, neither I, wich I sould it do it.

Justin was able to fix my phone in about 15 minutes and did an awesome job. I am very satisfied he was able to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and polite.

What a great example of an outstanding small business! I needed a laptop screen replaced. They ordered it, and it was received much faster than quoted, when I took it back for the replacement, I dropped it off and was told it would be a couple hours repair time. It was finished before I even got back home! Both Chris and Devan were exceptionally helpful and friendly to deal with. Thank you CPR!!

This business exceeded my expectations. Brought in my iphone after exhausting Google posts.
The issue removed a function from settings that caused an annoying result.
Five minutes and they brought the function back without having to uninstall the software.
They did not charge me a dime.
These guys know what they are doing.
