The staff at the Alfa Romero Fiat of Winter Haven’s body shop went above and beyond when I brought my Jeep in for body work. My Jeep was in a collision and the shop workers did such an amazing job. I had dents removed, lots of paint work and after market parts put on. The team did such an incredible job you couldn’t even tell I was in an accident. They were so personable and made sure my Jeep looked as good as new. They were so friendly that I already sent a friend over to buy a used vehicle with them and their salesman are just as wonderful. Highly recommend Alex, his team, the collision shop and their dealerships for any work or future vehicles.

Nothing like trying to sell you something you don't need. Really disappointed in the service given at the store. Communication happens 5-10 minutes before done, after being there almost 2 hours for an oil change.

Bought a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from them vehicle was sounding funny and it was burning oil like crazy. They told me they would do some maintenance to it before they gave it to me. They said they had changed the engine oil on the vehicle and it was a completely lie. I came to a shop to change it myself because the vehicle was sounding funny the oil was COMPLETELY BLACK they lied and it was never changed. Absolutely disappointing!!

Miraculous transformation of my vehicle! Thank you for doing such a stellar job on the detail. I was ashamed to bring it in with that stench from the carpet and mat. In 4 hours you made it a respectable space to travel in. Much obliged!
