“I went in tonight. I usually have a hard time finding clothes. Apparently I don’t know my size and get clothes too big or not the right style. Tonight I want to recognize a fantastic sales associate named Vonda. She worked with me for 80 min and found me fantastic outfits I would have not have even looked at normally. She even ordered me smaller size in an item to ship to my house. She really made me feel seen, comfortable, and a priority. Because of her I got three outfits. I even left two minutes till closing and she was told me don’t even worry, that’s what we are here, to help you feel as fabulous as you are. I would love it if corporate would commend her because the world needs more employees like her.”

“Chico’s in Winter Garden overall is a great store. In the past I felt like the closing was suited more for older women, but it seems like they have more fun styles now. The clothes quality is fantastic, I have some pieces that I bought a couple of years ago and they are still in a great shape although I wear them a lot. The prices might be a bit on a higher side but you can easily get a few pieces and easily mix and match outfits. Great selection of fashion jewelry too.”

“I don't know if I've had bad luck or if it's just me. But I don't love them. I think there is a lot of disorder in the clothes, everything is very random, you can get real deals but there are a lot of ugly or non-brand clothes. I still always get something but if I compare it with Marshall or Burlington I think it is one step further behind in terms of quality and experience. It's not bad just that.”
