When speaking to the owner he shows no sign of respect. Places an order and not only did it come a day late, but was sent to the wrong address. When I asked how the problem was handled I was given attitude, and nothing was accomplished

I ordered flowers last minute from Winter Garden Florist for my significant other. Wow!! What amazing service!!! They delivered on one day notice. They went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered. I was nervous because of all the 1 star reviews, but when I called, Vad reassured me there would be no issues. I was not let down! I will definitely use this company again! P.S the arrangement was beautiful!

I receive pricy flowers at least once a month from WGF, I had a problem and now NOTHING, Customer service that pretends " no owner is available" voicemail full, no response to a BAD DELIVERY $110 of flowers dead in a day, they are avoiding me, avoid them maybe?

Very unprofessional… My husband ordered 3 bouquets 2 came first which were ok could of been done better.Last one came the day after and it wasn’t what he ordered.Today is Mother’s Day and we have yet to receive the correct order he had made.This is our first and last time using this establishment.Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I placed an order online early this morning (Valentines Day). Was not sure if they would be bale to delivered being a last minute order on a very busy day.The flowers were delivered as promised. Beautiful arrangement. Thank you for taking care of this for me.

DON’T ORDER WITH THEM! I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I received email confirmation for delivery of flowers 12/31 and never received them. My grandma passed away and wanted to send flowers to my mom entering new year. Terrible company!

This place is terrible! My mom sent me flowers for our anniversary and it looked NOTHING like what she ordered! They were not even the right color they came looking half dead, received Saturday and they were officially dying by Monday. Are you kidding me! Plus it's like half full! She ordered through 1800 florist so they got them to send a new arrangement. That came 4 days later!!! LOOKING EXACTLY THE SAME!!! unbelievable! waste of money! If you guys at winter garden florist dont make some changes based on like every single review being negative you guys are going to run yourself out of business!! You have some serious changes to make! Don't buy from them! Total hoax! I could put a bouquet together from Trader Joe's better then these!

Very unhappy with what I ordered and what you delivered! Totally different !! even the vase is different from the one you advertise. The flowers are not even similar from the picture!! I should had Checked your google reviews before ordering!Totally disappointed
