Joe made this bike trail AMAZING. I know he loves his job and it showed thru his kindness. He adjusted my bike 3 times and provided a helmet for my safety. We made it to the butterfly garden 3 miles in and turned around 3 miles. Great trip and would highly recommend renting a bike as they are well maintained!

This trail was so nice and peaceful. Big shout out to Joe for being so helpful to setting up my family (3 year old daughter and 10 month old daughter) and so knowledgeable about the trails. He made us feel like we were at Disney!!

My family really enjoyed how simple it was to rent bikes and a trailer for our 20mo old! It was his first time biking with us and a great way to explore the beautiful West Orange Trail! The Burley trailer was very high quality and in great shape. Thanks for making it such a great afternoon.

Wonderful trail. Goes really far. I rode 20+ miles there is an end but it’s extremely far. lol I don’t recommend the rental bikes they are very uncomfortable. But if you have your own bike this trail is the best.

This review is not related to the trail itself. The trail is very nice in both directions but I had a bad experience today with the person who answered the phone. I called to see if the bike seat could be swapped for a personal seat due to the standards seats on the bike can be very uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I wasn't expecting a yes, just information on if it was possible as I planned to purchase 2 seats from Walmart to use when we rent their bikes. The person who answered proceeded to tell me that while the seats can be replaced it takes 10-15 minutes to do and he wouldn't have time on a Saturday "so no, it can't be done." While I understand likely not wanting to do the extra to swap the seats the dismissive tone and almost sounding annoyed by the question makes me not want to rent from this location again and likely won't use the trail until I purchase our own personal bikes. Again, love the trail but this interaction has definitely change my view of the staff.

$10/hr or $40 for 4hr+ for a standard comfort bike. Your own bike is no charge to pop onto the trail. The facility has good parking, and the most welcoming staff working. The trail was easy, smooth, and provided plenty of shade. Definitely recommend! A few miles in you'll come to Winter Garden's downtown which is so cute. Most road/trail crossing sections are easy and safe and drivers are prepared to slow for you.

affordable, great costumer service, and i so much fun. theres a nice trail nearby that takes you to winter garden downtown ? just make sure your bike tires have air before riding ?
