Please save yourself the frustration and consequences from using this absolutely incompetent pharmacy.Today was the 2nd and last time I'll try to use their services. Called to double check when I could pick up my prescription and the lady said anytime after 3:30. I showed up at 5:30. Not only was it not ready they couldn't even tell me when it would be. Corporate should look into this pharmacy

Don’t come here for a COVID PCR test… so unorganized, slow, and inaccurate timing - not to mention no where to put the long line of cars. People parked all over trying to claim a spot in line which was causing arguments between others. They could do a better job of spacing out appointments so not everyone is crowding in at once. Avoid this location…trust me! Plenty of other pharmacies and testing centers in the area that are more organized.

Needed medication, checked times on webpage and Google - said open to midnight. Had my Dr send the script. Arrived at 1045 at night and the Pharmacy was closed. Talked to store manager he said they lost power the day before and thinks it reset their hours. WHAT? how would that change your webpage and google? Lost my business.

Pharmacy staff is rude and not helpful! This has been my usual pharmacy but I no longer recognize any of the pharmacy employees. There seems to be a fairly new staff, including the pharmacist, and I have had issues with every rx ever since they started.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. The pharmacists are excellent and very helpful. Why only 1 star? Because the pharmacy staff/ technicians are the most rude they have ever had and they sound like the customers are always bothering them. This location use to have some of the nicest and most competent pharmacy staff but no longer.Maybe Walgreens should have the sales person in cosmetics train these young women. Or better yet..Why not send them to Charm School?? Get staff that can support these great pharmacists.

New to this pharmacy and will not be back. Chaos last night. Waited 30-40 min, 3rd in line. Employees complaining about work, space was unkempt, medicine bottles tipped over on shelves, workers talking super loud to customers at drive thru about billing / insurance matters. My Rx wasn't even ready after I had called earlier in day to confirm, and in the end they wouldn't take my insurance from major carrier, so I'm leaving. Line was down the aisle when I left.

What GREAT management! Whenever I walk in there, the manager: "Hi welcome back!" ... there was a period of a several weeks I had not been to the store and when I did come back after a while Joe (the mgr) stated "Good to see you again but we haven't seen you in a while!"

What amazing attention this manager has, always so helpful with everything. I love this Winter Garden location! This is what our city is about!

Had the worst experience trying to get my antibiotics. Staff were very rude , spoke to me in a demeaning manner. Refuse to check for fax and then didn't take my insurance. Not a place I would recommend.

What to say about Walgreens Pharmacy in Winter Garden? This is a very good and organized store, with many markings on the floor for social distancing. The staff is very nice and they stop to answer your questions. I went to this store for an appointment for my Covid-19 Vaccine and they were very professional, the person administering the shot didn it seemlesly and made sure I stayed inside 15 min. to check on any reactions. Highly recommend it!
