No one is there at 8 am - I managed to get my package mailed but it wasn’t easy. It would be nice if someone was there to help you. Several other people came in to mail packages too. Needs more customer agents.

This morning I stop by at Winter Garden post office & I rang bell twice & that lady is not friendly to customer, she said next time drop off your package on the table! She was disrespect with customer, she throw away my package on the floor & afrer that she back to backroom & say nothing or sorry. She need to be train again for a good customer service.

Staff is real nice and helpful . Not getting 5 stars tho because they don’t come back to lunch on time . Stood in the lobby almost 15mins waiting for them to reopen

This place is as lazy as a majority of the public post offices they’ve held up 1 of my items for about a week now and has made no effort to try to scan it to let me know that it’s moving

sent me to a different post office even though I was told my mail was at this one, completely unhelpful. Honestly not sure why this post office even exists considering the abysmal hours and unwillingness to even try to help

They will lose your package more times than not. I sent 3 packages on 3 different dates. 1 arrived. 2 got lost and they don't know where or how. They are so bad at their job. Horrible location.. use a different location. Others don't seem to have the challenges this branch does.

Ok. I will admit that the elderly gentleman who USED to work at this branch was SOOOOO slow. However, in the past five months or so, the staff there have been great. Yes, there is only one register, but there are usually only a few customers. They are always friendly and they recognize and greet their regular customers. I rarely ever have to wait for more than a few minutes. You do have to be aware of the lunch break (10:30-11:30) and that they close at 2:30, but if you remember these things, then this Post Office is a great alternative to the chaotic one at Avalon in WG.

Today, I spent the most pleasant few minutes in the post office I’ve ever spent, all thanks to Paula at the USPS in Downtown Winter Garden. It was clean, tidy and clearly well maintained thanks to the staff taking care of it. Paula was knowledgable, friendly and efficient and made sure I got set up with a PO Box and went above and beyond to ensure that I knew how to use it and that all of my postal needs were addressed.I look forward to seeing Paula and her team again. I hope they give this office more attention with funding and head count. Regardless of being SUPER busy, she and the other USPS employee cleaning and stocking were so friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning to the same GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks again to Paula and her team! - Lauren
