This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a UPS store. After 20 years of using UPS for both personal and professional shipping, I was shocked at the unprofessional and unhelpful service at this location. The staff was rude, uneducated on basic procedures, and completely lacked the customer service you'd expect from a brand like UPS. They don’t even bother to responde to a “Good morning”… I guess it’s because they can’t charge you for it. I will not be returning to this store.

This UPS store is TERRIBLE. You would think with all of the negative reviews the owner would make some changes. Rude/impersonal customer service (except for a woman named Debbie) and a lost package will cause me to not go back to this location again. I will also not recommend it to anyone I know. Word of mouth matters and while I have heard negative stories about this location, I gave them the benefit of the doubt until I had a couple of my own negative stories. People are paying a lot of money to get their packages shipped and while sometimes lost packages can't be avoided, the way you treat and care for your customers after the fact matters!

The customer service at this location is terrible. They should just post a sign on the door stating they do not accept amazon returns. They clearly do not like to accept the returns and they take it out on the customer.

there is a man that works in the store that is incredibly rude and constantly complains. Every time that I bring Amazon returns into the store he whines because they have so many to do in the day. I asked him if I should go to another UPS store if it was too much trouble for them …: he launched into big sob story about how He’s been on his feet all day, it is ridiculous what Amazon makes them do… and on and on and on… I’ve also seen him do it to other people while I wait in line. I am a customer. Amazon tells me that I can return here. I shouldn’t have to deal with rudeness or a crybaby. However, the lady is super sweet that’s why I gave it two stars because the man is -5 stars. we all have things in our job that we don’t want to do but it’s called a job not fun time
