Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The UPS store has always been a rip off, but to be ripped off with a nasty attitude just adds insult to injury. Makes me never want to have to return a Amazon package ever again I’m better off just eating the cost then having to deal with the Atrocious attitudes of the clerks at the UPS store

Am entirely disappointed with the Service I’ve received at the UPs store here in Florida, I visited the store on the 29th of November to send a package to Africa,Botswana, the Package been long been in transit from Johannesburg to destination since December 6th, I went to the on Friday the 13 December to find out why it’s taking 7days to get a package delivered from RSA to BW, I was dismissed and sent home and asked to call the store on Monday. Today as am writing this review, it’s Monday 16th, I’ve already called the store twice and still being being dismissed, under the excuse that there aren’t any available computers for my package to be tracked! I am disappointed I wonder if this is how you treat all your customers, and for a first time customer I’d never use UPS services again

I was in there yesterday and the line was going out the door. They run this shop like a fine tuned machine and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Just awesome.

I have always had excellent customer service in this location. Today Cristian helped me. He took his time to help me with my 2 heavy boxes/packages. He was very kind and respectful and made me feel like a valuable customer. For all my postal services, I do not hesitate to come here.

The cleanest, freshest, most modern UPS Store there is in Central FL!! Every time I visit here, the store always smells super fresh and clean! You know the staff members take great care of the store (Extra shout out to the late evening shifts members!). Additionally, the staff members are always friendly, professional, prompt in providing service, whether it is for drop off, print labels etc. They don’t even let me wait or even for long. They know how to stay organized, handle customers and prioritizes tasks professionally and promptly, even during busy times. Customer service is truly exceptional. Kudos to the staff members for being so helpful and supportive at all times! This store has become my favorite UPS store. The staff members are truly exceptional, they deserve all the kudos and raise. They are true exemplary of great people with quality customer service that keeps customers coming back and earn your business! Thank you!!

K’Miri was polite, respectful, helpful, friendly, and such a breath of fresh air compared to USPS associates I’ve met in the past. UPS is pricey, but worth it for service like K’miri’s!

Great store! Annette was fantastic! Wonderful customer service, friendly and very patient. Her upbeat attitude was refreshing. The store was awesome. Roomy, well stocked and clean. This will be our 'go to' location from now on!
