This is my 2nd week and I am so motivated to get to my desired goal. The are phenomenal and such motivators. I have so far Encountered 3 different coaches and they are all the same. I am so pumped, sourness and all. No pain no gain. No challenge no change. Beverly.

I started going to HitFit for a 6 week challenge. I started seeing results in my 1st week. I can not wait to see results at the end of the 6 weeks! All of the trainers and staff are great! They make sure you are doing the workouts the correct way and always have someone available to help if you need it!!
