I recently had a rather disappointing shopping experience at Target. The store layout was very confusing, making it difficult to find specific items. Additionally, the customer service was subpar. The staff was very disinterested and unhelpful when approached for assistance. The checkout process was slow and they only had one register open. Overall, my visit left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won’t be back to this location. Have others encountered similar issues, or is this an isolated experience?

So many have already complained about the issue with product availability and store cleanliness that I ALMOST don’t want to bother with a review. It’s seriously time to start taking pics and sending to corporate because this store needs a new manager!

Corbin in electronics is AWESOMETASTIC! He was so good! He helped us with so much! He is definitely an asset and very knowledgeable! Above and beyond service! We will definitely be looking for him when we go to this target! Good job with the friendly faces Target!!!!

The staff is always kind but they never have registers open. Only two lanes with checkout and one of the two self checkouts. It doesn’t matter when you come the lines to check out are atrocious because they literally don’t open any registers. There are 16 checkout lanes only 3 and 14 are open. Another (i think) 12 self check outs but only 6 open to use.

Expect to wait 30 minutes or more at every Target. “Staffing shortage” is code for “we refuse to pay a living wage to our employees so nobody will work for us”. Simple as that. If you “can’t afford” and to pay a living wage then you’re not a viable business in the 21st century and you should close. Zero stars awarded.

Ashlee at the Exchanges & Returns was super helpful and kind while helping us resolve a return. She had brought Christmas spirit and provided excellent service. We were in the store 12/16/23 at around 6:15 pm. Thank you, Ashlee!

I can get what I need here for the most part, but I’m substantially agitated that it’s so hard to reach someone here by phone. The phone rings until it hangs up on you, or even just if you select guest services. I understand the customer in front of them is more important to them, but then just take out your phone system, then, since no one answers ever. It’s pointless to have a phone system in place here! Fix it or remove it, Target!
