Tara helped me with buying from out of state. I could not have asked for anyone better. She went all over the place for me to check out houses that caught my eye, taking lots of photos and videos and noting things that could be problems. She went above and beyond to help me buy my new place, and I am thrilled with how it all worked out. I very highly recommend Tara!

Tara and her husband Matt helped my partner and I buy our first home. She always made sure we were comfortable and informed through the entire process and was quick to act when we needed her to. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and effective. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that asks.

Stop your search and contact Tara!!!We were so fortunate to have friends who had worked with Tara and recommended her to us when we moved to the Orlando area. From the first phone call we knew we had the made the right choice.Knowledgeable of the entire region, so kind, nice, and patient. Willing to adapt to your communication style and always ready to talk and brainstorm and talk through options with you from areas to look at, information about homes, comps and help with making strong offers that will stand out (so important in the insanity of today's market!) she does it all. Once you are under contract she truly holds your hand as much as you need to make sure you do everything you need to do to get things done properly with no stress.On top of that, her and her husband Matt go out of their way for you. They know so much about housing and working on homes. Amazing referrals to wonderful people to help you make your own and deal with issues, and truly go above and beyond. Even after closing they are still in touch, helping with any issues that arise.After we closed on our home there were some surprise issues, and Matt himself came over to help us troubleshoot, fix some things, and even covered some incremental costs for a repair that was needed. Incredible!!!! We have already referred Tara to family members and will continue to refer this amazing wife and husband team to anyone who needs to buy or sell their home. They will take care of you, and remain in your life afterwards. It's really special. Trust me, talk to Tara!

Tara is by far the best realtor we’ve EVER worked with! She went above and beyond in every way… moving to Florida from out of state, Tara was so warm and helpful from our first phone call making us feel comfortable working with her. At our first meeting, Tara drove us around and showed us the area we were most interested in, as well as gave us some history of the area, and showed us some of her personal favorite places.Once the official home search started, my favorite thing about Tara was that she was TRULY and advocate for US! She never steered us wrong, helped us to make good offers in this crazy market, and ultimately helped us find an absolutely beautiful home in our dream area!She listened to us, fiercely fought for us, and made us feel like her top priority.Tara is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, bubbly and honest!! My husband I recently sold our home in Orlando, FL after a wonderful 12 years. I’ve never sold a house before and the process is extremely overwhelming at minimum.I truly can’t believe how easy and wonderful Tara made this process. Her expertise in the business, her thorough emails and explanation of each step was so appreciated, and she really made an impact on our ability to gracefully navigate our emotions throughout this sale.I can’t say enough great things - she truly knows what she’s doing and made us feel well taken care of each step. Start to finish it took maybe three weeks and I barely had to lift a finger!Tara is a gem and I’m so appreciative of her help, I don’t know what we would’ve done without her!

My wife and I recently closed on our house in Clermont, and the construction of the house was a struggle, to say the least. Fortunately, we had a great realtor every step of the way. Tara was phenomenal and we could not have done it without her. She was always there and provided support and assistance whenever we needed it. The short of the review is that having Tara as our realtor was the best decision we could have made! She is so professional, prompt and patient! The longer review is that we were working with another realtor when we realized their responsiveness in this market wouldn't be helpful, nor were their explanations thorough enough for us as first time home buyers. I found Tara through a quick google search and after reading about 50 reviews reached out. When she responded within a few minutes to schedule a call to be of service I was excited. After meeting the first time I understood why she has a perfect 5 stars.We needed someone seasoned in the Winter Garden market, but also not calloused for walking a newbie through some of the complicated steps (especially after-hours when our 2 year old daughter went to bed). Tara gave us a packet when we met the first time that helped us set our expectations while also educating us on the process. We in turn gave her a list of all the things we wanted and the most unrealistic time frame (30-45 days). When touring houses she was the expert that we knew we needed. When my husband and I would think of settling she'd gently reminded us of things we said were important and encouraged us to be patient. Low and behold she delivered the perfect house and used a strategy to win the contract I would have never thought of (nor heard of)!!!! We're now finally settled in with a few weeks to spare before our second babe arrives!My favorite part about working with Tara was that she IS (not past tense) always available when I reach out for a subcontractor suggestion, question on paperwork we needed to file during the process, or when she reaches out to us to remind us to file for home exemption (or suggest a new donut spot :)). We are eternally grateful for the effort she put in to get us into our perfect home. I CAN'T RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH!!!Thank you Tara and Matt!

We had a lovely experience with Tara and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. My husband and I reached out to Tara (from a friend’s recommendation) back in 2012. We weren’t quite ready to buy a house then. Fast forward to 2021, we were ready to jump in but the market is crazy. At the same time, Tara reached out to us before we could even get to her. She had noted from our previous conversation that we were going to save for our downpayment, and she noted to reach out to us in 2021!! Talk about intentionality. Tara calmed our fears about buying in this market. She was warm, responsive, and just plain easy to be around. Her recommendations on our offer was what won us our gem of a house who had 8 offers over the asking price. Tara walked us through each step of the process and made sure we knew what we were doing and signing up for. Tara is an expert realtor, but just as valuable is her care and intentionality in making sure we felt comfortable AND confident in our choice. I highly recommend her!

Tara Moore is an amazing person and realtor. While we have not been fortunate enough to close on a home with Tara yet, her advise and guidance has been exceptional. She has been available to show us homes, advised us when we considered listing our home and provided timely and relevant information when listing our rental home. Tara goes out of her way to make you feel like family. There is no one else I would call when the time comes to sell my home or purchase a new one. She makes the process easy and does everything possible to add calm to a stressful time. Tara Moore is the best!

We initially reached out to Tara to discuss buying a home. We then decided that the time was not right. We stayed in touch over the years and once we were ready, Tara got things moving quickly.
