What an amazing place to shop for spy supplies and surveillance cameras! They offer a whole lot more than that too, just come and see. These guys pack all levels of security cameras/SPY CAMS. . . ALLLL OF THEMMMM!!!!!!

We hired this company to install our system, 7 cameras supposed to be 4k, nope 2k, 7 cameras and we cannot see what we wanted to originally, we were promised that everything would be an easy and clean install. Well almost 6k later, they got our money up front then sent an installation person that obviously did not care, the installation was botched at best, just terrible, photos included then Jason the owner said he would send someone out to fix the problems and then proceeded to send an invoice, the 2nd person they sent cost me 3k to repllace the soffit they destroyed, terrible customer service, they also charge you for training that does not exist they just want your money, pics are attached, do your homework there are much better companies out there, this company is not your best choice it was 2.3k to fix their garbage, maybe I should send tbem an invoice.....

We are very happy with our camera's. The installation was clean and neat. Everyone was very nice and professional. I want to personally thank Bobby Brown for all his time and support.

After internet was out for two days in downtown Winter Garden, we lost the connection to remotely view our security cameras on our phones. Bobby got us back online quickly and showed us how to do it ourselves in the future. We've had the system for several years and are very happy with the service we've received from Surveillance Plus.

A great team. Bobby took a lot of time to show us the cameras, make suggestions, answered any questions. Was not a pushy sales person at all. The installer, Louie is a really nice person. Very clean work. Thomas, the trainer is a very nice person as well. Very knowledgeable. A wonderful team. I'm so glad I chose them for my security needs. Highly recommend.

Because Spectrum made me change my router it caused issues with my system. I called Surveillance Plus, since they installed it, to help me figure out what I needed to do to get it working again. Bobby Brown was awesome! He helped me find a path to get it working again. He was very patient with me.

The first surveillance company to pop up nearby will immediately put this place out of business. Very obvious with the turnover rate of staff. If you want to see an example of poor management, ask to take a look at the wiring of equipment in the store.
