After an incorrect address was used on a package, they went out of their way to track down the piece of mail & and get it sent to correct recipient. Their customer service is always excellent ?

Dude at the front counter was knowledgeable and gave me some correct and some incorrect information for sending a ds 5504, claimed I need to come back with fees and made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about. You don't have to pay fees for non-expedited service btw.

The team at Stoneybrook Mail Center are always professional and great in assisting and finding not only the best shipping prices but the most reliable. They offer much better pricing than competitors when it comes to shipping internationally. Highly recommend them!

Went for fingerprints, told me to reschedule because he was completely booked…the place was completely empty and it takes 5 minutes to do fingerprints…especially digital…part of my job is doing wet ink fingerprints and it doesn’t take any longer, he said appointments are 15 minutes apart mine was at 9 but he said he did prints at 910…so he lied too on top of being stupid

Roy is the absolute best. Always so happy and kind. He is an expert at sending packages. They always arrive safe and he’s able to answer all your questions for the best route to send. The new passport services are fantastic. Very quick and easy. No more long lines. He did all the paperwork, I just confirmed. I paid for expedited and got my passport in two weeks and passport card in 3 weeks. Highly recommended! Thank you
