Very rude experience! At the Amazon return desk I was taken care of a really nice girl who was working with Alondra. Alondra was cursing in front of customers and her friend had told her to stop. She then says “I could care less” and proceeds to take care of me. It makes me feel uncomfortable and she hasn’t said anything throughout the whole thing. Not very welcoming…

Louis and his assistant in the printing department provide the worst service.
They don’t understand people’s emergency.
No wonder this store have 3 star ratings.
Never approach staples god printing needs.

I went into Staples today to have my daughters bridal shower invitations printed and was helped by Mya. She was FANTASTIC!! She knew exactly how to do what I was looking for and the invitations came out beautiful! Kudos to Mya!! Great employee!!

I have been in the process of evaluating laser, color printers for about six months. Every so often I go to Staples to look at their laser printers, and trying to decide which one to get. This day that I went into Staples and associate, David Darling, assisted me and was able to get me the clarity I needed on the products and I was able to finally purchase what I believe is the right printer for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend him.

Only because of the Manager, David Darling. He has always been very helpful. He taught me about Staples Rewards. As a result I have shopped at this Staples store, more than I ever had in the past. He explained the protection plans, why it is good to buy the Staples brand of products, etc. I bypass other Staples stores that are closer to my home, just to come to this one. Because of David, this is the best Staples store, by far. I would rate David's customer service, and friendliness a 10, out of 5 stars.

I was in need of printing services having created a funeral program for my father's upcoming funeral, and wasn't sure where to go for printing assistance. I decided to give Staples a shot as they were somewhat close to our home. I visited the store on Friday, March 15 and was greeted by Jess in printing services. I showed her a sample of what I had created and we talked about my different options. Jess printed a sample for me which was fantastic and I was able to take it home for my mother to preview free of charge. We decided to move forward with the printing so I returned to Staples on Saturday. Jess wasn't working but I was greeted by 'Sav' (short for Savanna) and I brought her up to speed on where we were. She immediately started by printing another sample (because I found an error in my original sample). She worked meticulously to align everything so it would print and fold perfectly. I had not even thought of using Staples at first, but I would highly recommend them and definitely Staples in Fowlers Grove, Winter Garden. I feel so very lucky to have connected with both Jess and Sav. They were so personable and conscientious and they did everything to service me quickly and professionally. I believe I spent a total of maybe 25 minutes combined with my Friday and Saturday visit and I walked out with funeral programs in hand. These two women get 5 stars from me and I will forever take any printing needs I have to them. I was really surprised to see what other services they offer, so I do recommend that if you have any printing or laminating needs - you try them out.

Be very careful coming into this location, if you are black. I had an issue and asked to speak to the manager. I was ignored by staff and the manager on duty, David. Every time, I go into this Staples the customer service is the lowest I’ve ever encountered. They have no training on how to treat customers in need of a small task; such as printing. If you can go print or get office supplies somewhere else, please do! This is by far the worst location.
