I wish I could rate even more than 5 stars! Absolutely wonderful, wonderful place. I spoke to two people on the phone since I live out of state. When I called, I spoke to an operator who was very polite and lovely. She listened to everything I said and put me through to Bobby who spoke to me in detail and explained the things I needed to know. Everyone went above and beyond to help me and make me feel as though my safety was important. Their highest priority is truly your well-being and they'll stop at nothing to make sure that you leave feeling at ease. Kind and quality people equals quality business. Bobby is the best and I can't recommend Spy Geeks enough! Their website is really great too!

This place is a LIFE SAVER! The staff is very friendly. Bobby Brown is awesome and very knowledgeable and educational about all the surveillance cameras and the spy cams, great man and personable. He is always wanting to help the customer especially with their needs and situation. Thanks Bobby for your help it's GREATLY APPRECIATED!

My friend Chris told me about this store that sells surveillance cameras. I went in and immediately I was greeted by the staff. Bobby helped me look for surveillance cameras and spy cameras. I needed good cameras cause my mother whom lives with me has dementia so, I need to keep my eye on her 24/7. I have a caregiver that will be helping me but still want my mom to be safe. Especially if I'm working or have to run an errand. Bobby rocks, he educated me on the spy cameras and told me about the laws on having one. I truly appreciate you Bobby for being patient with me and my mother (she was with me at that time) and helping me find ways to keep my mom safe! The cameras i bought will be helpful. Again, I really want to Thank you for your time and help Bobby Brown. Surveillance Plus in Winter Garden FL is awesome! Thanks, God bless.

Bob was very helpful to me. He kindly explained to me what to look for in the security issue I’m dealing with. I had called another spy company and they just wanted to sell me expensive equipment, which probably would not have helped. I’m very appreciative of his help!

Bob was extremely helpful! He got me up a running again recently with my cameras. I bought it from him 4 years ago and he still provided excellent service 4 years after the purchase. Thank you Bob and thank you Spy Geeks!

I spoke with the owner about scanning my phone for possible bugs, he offered a free solution by suggesting an app that would do this for free. It worked great and I couldn't be happier. I'll be back to get other goodies in the near future. I would highly recommend Spy Geeks.

The owner was extremely benevolent. I watched Their Own Line YouTube video, and then called about questions and concerns that I had. He was nice enough to return an email and hold a phone conversation regarding my questions and concerns. If I was located in the city, I would have definitely gone there in person! If I lived there, I would definitely be a local customer. And not to mention all this VIP treatment was free, totally no charge to me. I think you should give Spy Guys a try, what do you have to lose, plus it's worth it!
