I had some difficulties porting three numbers over to spectrum and setting my new iPhone with customer service by phone so I went over to the local Spectrum Store nearby. Daniel was extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and patient. I truly appreciate him. Thanks Daniel!

I unfortunately had to visit the Winter Garden location in Hamlin to deep off equipment after the customer service agent told us it could be returned there.After being greeted I told the store specialist, Daniel, that I was there to return equipment.I was told they didn't accept equipment and I could drop it off at a UPS location. I informed him I was told by customer service I could drop it off there.Reluctantly and with an attitude I was walked to a terminal, asked to enter my phone number. I informed the agent I was dropping off the equipment for my sister, the agent said all we needed to do was simply drop off and they would scan it then give me a receipt.Daniel decided I needed to be on the account to accept the equipment so I walked out, called my sister and had them add me to the account.After it was confirmed over the phone I walked in, waited while I was ignored because honestly they knew what was coming next and he accepted the equipment.So Daniel, in the end I won and your lazy, ignorant attitude gained nothing except another negative review online. Tomorrow morning once I gather a new head of steam I'll call into Spectrum, ask for a manager and request a formal complaint against you for sub-par service and reluctance to DO YOUR JOB. Rather than putter around, waiting for fresh victims to sell mobile service and get commission try doing what you get paid to do.

Daniel at this location was super helpful! We had been set up with our internet at our new apartment across the street by a rep named "Nick", who was incredibly unhelpful and uncommunicative. On the day we were moving in and were supposed to have internet, we discovered that the router and modem would not arrive until at least the next day. We went in to this location and not only did Daniel get us set up with a modem and router immediately, but he informed us that he has to help fix the issues caused by Nick very often. Really grateful for Daniel's expertise, great service, and willingness to help!

I just received a phone card from Spectrum, and due to activation issues, the online representative instructed me to visit a local store to get a replacement. I went to the nearest store, and a staff member named Katty was extremely impatient and told me that I shouldn't have come there. She said they aren't responsible for handling orders that weren't processed at their store. I found this situation quite puzzling, as it's all part of the same Spectrum company. It's frustrating how the employees seem to be passing us around like a ball. Feeling helpless, I returned home and contacted online customer service once again. If I were to rate the service at this store, I would definitely give it 0 stars!

Staff are horrible at this store. It's obvious that customer service is an inconvenience for them and that they would rather be in the back on their phones. My experience with these jerks started when I showed up before they opened to return items I didn't need that spectrum had sent me. A few of us walked in and a woman said she would help us in the order that we came in. After she helped a client she decided everyone needed to sign in. This created a shit show of customers trying to stay in proper order. After all this chaos the woman told me I couldn't return the items because the account is in my wife's name. What bullshit is that? I'm not changing the account. I'm not asking for equipment. I'm returning spectrums property that was sent to me by mistake. Then she states she can accept the items if I had my wife's drivers license. So... I show back up the next day with the wife's drivers license in hand and the next idiot (the manager) tells me that he can't accept the equipment from me at all. That my wife would have to do it. Oh but if I wanted, I could drop off the equipment at a ups store. Wtf.? Where does spectrum find these people? Not that any sane person would want to work for spectrum to begin with... lol.

The customer service at this store was outstanding. Jairo helped me with getting a new phone and even saved me money on my plan for my internet at home by looking into my servIces. Thank you to Jairo and Spectrum. Great Job!

This store has to have the worst customer service. I was told by Spectrum Customer service that I could return my equipment to any Spectrum Store or UPS. I drove to Spectrum at Hamlin Town Center in Winter Garden where the were 3 employees working and only 1 other customer in the store. I was quickly helped but was told that I could not return my equipment at that store. I explained that Spectrum Customer Service said otherwise. Employees still refused to accept their on equipment and told me to go to UPS. I did where I had to wait over 20 minutes in line to get the equipment returned. Are the employees really that lazy and do not want to work or is Spectrum so unorganized that they don’t know what to do? My advice, get rid of anything Spectrum!

If I could give ZERO stars I would, this store does not even deserve one star. I visited the store on 7/6 at approximately 6:30pm. HORRIBLE Customer Service! I was directed to this store by Spectrum Customer Service to return my Router directly to the store. To my surprise, I was not even greeted by the associate and was coldly informed “we don’t do that here” and “you need to go the the UPS Store to return your Router”. He added that “they” always tell the Customers the wrong information. Well don’t you all work for the same company? I wasted my time, gas, and energy and could not go to the UPS store as they were already closed. This person has ZERO customer service skills, no empathy, and certainly does not know how to treat customers. As a new spectrum customer, this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I will NEVER step foot in that store again and have already contacted the corporate office about this. Please do yourself a favor and visit a different store.

3 employees talking to one person. They advised me to check in if I wanted to be spoken to. Check in iPad was broken. I hope they enjoyed their conversation, must have been important and very engaging!

Finally purchased new 5 g phone from this location. Excellent customer service from Jairo today, and Jose 2 weeks ago. Highly recommend this location.

Spectrum agent at this location refused to downgrade my internet service to the base package and allow me to return equipment. Instead she attempted to sell me TV service and told me to call the call center to reduce my internet speed and to go to UPS to ship the router back. The store locations are supposed to take equipment back and make changes to your service upon request. Go to a different location

The worst and rudest employees I've dealt with.After 4 phone calls, I took my deceased father's equipment in to this store, they claimed they don't accept it. I said I spoke to 4 different representatives - both at the store and in their corporate office - and they all said I could return it there.The woman - really wish I would have obtained her name - spoke to me in a rude manner telling me the stores don't accept equipment and "that's why you were told to return it to a UPS Store."No, actually I wasn't, I was told I could drop it off at any store...and the label on the box clearly states this.She told me that I must be mistaken and they wouldn't have told me that.Pretty sure I know what 4 people told me.It wasn't even the wrong information given that caused me to write this review, it was the rude and condescending manner in which this woman spoke to me.Should really retrain her on how to give proper customer service - especially those dealing with a major loss.

This location is amazing! Aman was so patient, kind and attentive. He corrected my issue and I left feeling incredibly positive and happy. We were here for a little bit and Jose offered us water and was super kind as well. We will definitely be back and continue with Spectrum because of the wonderful customer support.

Daniel was great! I had several things to resolve, that took at least a hour, and he was so nice and helpful the entire time. The whole team in this store is amazing. Everybody very friendly. Highly recommend ?

We came in today to get mobile and internet service. We were greeted by Daniel and he was super patient, he calculated out our potential costs, and gave us a good idea how long transferring phone numbers and starting new internet service would take. Daniel was super friendly the entire time and really went above and beyond making sure we were happy. Greatly appreciated his help and already we notice our phone service is better than our T-Mobile service in our neighborhood.
