“After a horrible experience at the Apopka location where staff refused to complete my exchange after playing 21 questions, the manager resolved my issue effortlessly!! Unfazed about having them shipped since they weren’t available in store. I even bought 2 pairs of shoes and socks to enjoy the BOGO sale. I have no idea why Apopka complicated the exchange but it worked out because I spent more money in Winter Garden!! Thank you to both Andrea and Devin for providing excellent customer service.

“MARQUEL C. That's THE guy. With busy back to school shopping this guy made my kids and I feel like we were the only customer in the store. Helped us while helping 3 other customers and still found a way to come back and check on us after we changed style and sizes. This guy could have done what most do and say sorry what's on the shelf is what we have and he didn't. He Checked the back , checked other .stores, checked online. Simply put he is customer service. I highly recommend you going to this location and ask for HIM to assist you. GREAT GUY GREAT SERVICE.”
