I just want to say thank you to the entire Allstate Office - Robert O'Neil. I recently moved by home and auto to AllState and the entire team has been very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable! Our renewal came due and our vehicle premium increased. We contacted them to find out why and after several attempts (2 weeks)someone got back
to us with no concrete explanation. While waiting for a return call we contacted our insurance agent from New York State and found out that when O'
Neils company wrote our policy the date they used gave a lapse in coverage. They were aware of the date our policy expired and the date we needed
coverage, however they are putting the blame on us. We have found another company to go with and have cancelled the home owners policy we have them. In addition, the customer service is lacking in the service area.

Had pretty good service when I signed up. They had a pretty good price up front. After 6 months my rates jumped pretty significantly and they would not call me back to discuss after leaving 3 voicemails.

The food was exceptional, however the venue was much more casual than the food. It was very nice, however not a quiet romantic spot, mite of a nice restaurant in a sports bar at a nice golf course. We still had a great time, just not truly a fine dining experience.

I changed my policy over to Robert O Neil in Winter Garden back in November 2020 after speaking with Kelly the office manager. Looking out for my fellow Winter Garden family. This place wants to charge me more than $100 more a month than I'm paying now with a Big 5 carrier too. To me this place should relocate outside WG. People here in WG deserve respect new and old. Funny how most posts just are stars no comment on here. Hmmm. So, ya, what I'm saying is WG people stick with WG people. This agencies a joke/scam.
