Called in the middle of the day, right down the road from his shop. Guy said I was out of luck and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service and no communication skills

Very poor communication skills. Was told he'd be able to look at it, 3 hours later I had to call and was told my hood could not be opened so he left and didn't reach out (the hood opens perfectly fine)Service: Electrical

Broke down on the side of the turnpike so I called and the owner sounded drunk and said he doesn’t feel like helping this morning. Do not waste your time with this non professional waste of time.
