I had used Petsuites a few times. But my last experience for Memorial Day weekend was not so pleasant . When I went to pick my dog up. The staff alerted a supervisor to the back. She comes up to me in front of the store to tell me that my dog had scratches on his head probably from playtime that is supposed to be supervised by staff. She at that time tell me that my dog is a very active dog. Well he has been there before and never have I been told that. But ok! She lets me know that she will review camera footage to see if she can pinpoint how he got the scratches. That was supposed to be 24 hours and I will get a call . I have yet to get an answer or call as to what happened .

I was already on my last straw with this place when I dropped my puppy for the last time. This place is disgusting and needs to get shut down. My dog is white and when I pick him up he is drenched in urine. He doesn’t urinate where he sleeps so the fact that he urinates and it’s all over him tells me he isn’t getting taken out properly. I pay extra for them to play with him twice a day yet he comes home with all his treats. I specifically said do not give him any of their treats. Another woman was picking up her dog and the same thing. The dogs toys were drenched in urine she had the throw everything away. Even if the dogs are left alone at nights and some urinate in their beds during the nights they are absolutely not cleaning up in the morning. Myself and the other woman picked up our dogs after 5:00pm. Which is more than enough time to get dogs and there little area cleaned up. I know they are not taking care of our dogs. This place is a disgrace. The employees are not doing their jobs and these doors should close. I will not stop until something happens. Your Dogs deserves better.

Please don't take your dog here! They come home with eye infections, beds COVERED in pee. This place smells from the moment you get out of the car. I had my 3 dogs go here and I'll never trust them again it's NOTHING like it shows online. I only received updates twice in the 6 days as well. And given the condition I picked them up I see why. They never took my dogs outside hence why my adult dogs were covered in urine my poor dogs. Workers are nice but they take on way more then they can handle. Very unfortunate

After the first couple days, Maggie got excited to return to daycare. She made new friends & enjoyed playing. We were in town visiting family & we will definitely bring Maggie to daycare next time we visit. She got two exit baths & they were great. The staff were all very nice & very patient with all our questions since this was Maggie’s first time at daycare

Im super conflicted while writing this.
1st this location is WAY better than the Oviedo location. We used them 1x and will never again. The communication is terrible.
The Winter Garden location is much better but still will miss pupdates. We've boarded our big dogs there a few times. My Catahula is actually excited to go there now, but I think this will be the last time. My lab girl got a huge hot spot on her neck, which Pet Suites was pretty quick to alert us to, though the size of it when they told us was so big I find it hard to imagine it was hard to oversee and NOT mentioned with that days pupdate. They took her to a vet for treatment, which will be on them according to the manager. I really wanted to pick her up today but theyre already closed. I was kinda thinking theyd bend the rules considering how big this sore is (and can i say this is her 1st hit spot ever and its most likely due to then allowing her to get wet and not properly drying her - she is a thick coat lab mix!) but they close at 8pm. So I got curious and asked is there not someone there who can hand her over?
Noone is at the facility overnight. From 8pm to 630am NOONE IS THERE. THE ANIMALS ARE LOCKED UP AND LEFT ALONE.
Thats a deal breaker for me. Its been mostly good times but this is grossly irresponsible to me. To take money from ppl to watch your beloved pets and you dont have even 1 actual human to check on them for 10.5 hours? Nope.
UPDATED 5.11.24
My husband and I toured numerous boarding facilities before be ever boarded our dogs. He is adamant that when we toured Pet Suites we were told they were closed over night but there was a human on site.
You seem to know a lot about hot spots, WAY more than I did until I left my dog with yall. THANKS (sarcasm) for the education. With all that knowledge especially when you get into the specifics of dog type/ coat type one would think you'd pay a bit extra care to the dogs your soaking cuz its hot and putting away wet. Maybe if someone was there the whole time to watch her like we're paying you too someone would have noticed it forming BEFORE IT WAS HER ENTIR THROAT. I feel TERRIBLE if life prevents me from letting my dogs out for over 6 hours. 10.5 hours and Im really worried. THATS YOUR BUISNESS MODEL! Noone there for 10.5 hours. These reviews about dogs covered in their own filth? Thats cuz theyre locked in a cage for 10.5 hours while noone is there. And then how do they all get out when ppl finally show up after 10.5 hours? You cant take them all out at oncesome cant be with other dogs. How many dogs are there at a time? Whats the determination on who gets to go out first? Given the number of dogs there have to be some that arent getting to go out for 12 hours.
That. Is. Criminal. Neglect. You. Are. Charging. For.
Your own staff told me they wont board there. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know.

My furbaby has had issues at a previous facility and was very anxious upon her arrival at PetSuites. The staff listened carefully to all of my concerns. She was so happy when we picked her up, yet not in a bad way. From other facilities, she would be anxious and afraid. Here, she was just worn out and ready to go home. I am so happy to have found someone that really cares about my baby.

Awful experience! Stay away from these scammers. Took my 2 dogs for a short stay and when I returned my dogs were being charged at a rate I didn’t authorize. I never got any pictures as promised (on the last day), no updates ..they charge for everything and anything!!! We provide food, treats, etc and specific instructions for our dogs as to which the staff ignores. When we asked to speak with the manager, he declined and persisted we just pay the erroneous bill, even though members of the staff agreed with us and our concerns. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and an overall condescending experience. Would never recommend or use any service they provide in the future!!!
