3077 Daniels Rd, Winter GardenBeen shopping at this PetSmart for going on 2 years, thanks to the addition of our zany labradoodle, who not only loves shopping there, but also loved puppy classes, and then privates, with Camille (who is a 10!).
The store stocks a ton, and will price-match both local competitors AND major online competitors. A few caveats, one that really sucks, if I'm being honest. While Petsmart will price-match competitors, I never expected that the single biggest "competitor" I would have to constantly ask them to price-match is... their own chain!
It is beyond me why a large, reputable chain such as Petsmart has completely different pricing online than it does in-store, for the exact same items! For example, our dogs edible bone treats (a girl has to have her afternoon snack each day)... $16.99 on the shelf in the store... $11.52 on Petsmart's website. So if you don't order online for delivery, or for in-store pick-up, or ask for price-matching inside the store, for the exact same item you will pay over 32% MORE for the convenience of driving to the store and buying off the shelf (all promotions, both online and in-store, apply to either price, but still... that's ridiculous!).
And it used to be easy to have the clerks price-match, even if it was their own store, but you still had to bring up their website on your phone each and every time (and this store's wifi is very spotty, as the cell service in this shopping area is horrible on a regular basis), and you have to prove to them that it's the current date/time stamp on your screenshot (I always have to screenshot b/c the wifi doesn't work well enough most of the time, so I have to plan ahead before I leave home... again, ridiculous). WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU, PETSMART? Why do you inconvenience your customers AND your great team members, who... with their "new and improved" cash register/computer system, went from the cashiers having the ability to apply price-matching, $ off coupons from competitors (warning, you must print and bring in $ off competitor coupons unique to the competitors' stores, not just show it on your mobile device).
But now... the cashier has to have a mgr key in every single price-match... the lines take forever now, whereas before, they were always pretty speedy. This is zero reflection on the great team members in our store - everyone tries so hard to be friendly and helpful, but this method of trying to take advantage of customers who are loyal and shop in-store, without advising them of often MUCH lower prices on Petsmart's own website... that reeks of "shall-not-be-mentioned" competitors who should be ashamed of how they try to mislead customers. This does not at all match with Petsmart's customer service credo - not in the least!
Ok, all that being said, we've always found the team at this store to be amazing, and knowledgable! We've made friends forever at this store (as has our little fuzzy girl). And that's what keeps us coming back! Gotta take 1 star off for the ridiculous price-matching debacle, but otherwise, 5-stars all the way around!

The Pet Garden staff took extra time and tlc with him. They value quality of life-- at whatever age. Him feeling clean and cooler post-grooming enhances his older doggie life. It's a beautiful service they are providing to the community!

We were asked to bring our proof of rabies shot being from Canada. Well, we forgot. Michelle was on top of it, and asked if our vet would answer the phone. Using our cell we called and with a quick chat with Michelle and the vet office we were back on track. Ashley came out to meet Lennox with such care and took him in. Clip N Clean Mobile Pet Grooming
1118 Brick Rd, Winter GardenWe used Clip n Clean for the second time today and the experience was wonderful. The first time was for dremmeling the nails of our four dogs. Jeanine and Chris were so good with our pups.Today, all four of our dogs had full grooms with nails dremmel. Jeanine and Chris were so patient with the dogs. Two of them are 1-month-old puppies that are 75-ish pounds each. One of the pups doesn’t like his feet touched and scratched Jeanine’s arm when he was trying to jump back. She was very gracious and kind about it.I’ll also share that their rates are the best I’ve found and the quality of work is wonderful.

We came in as an emergency appointment with our senior pup yesterday, and we pretty much knew that things were not looking good. Dr. Cappleman ran some diagnostics, and based on her findings was so thorough and patient in explaining what our dog was suffering from, and gave us time to process and to make a very difficult decision. Never did we feel rushed, and they made sure we had all the information. Once the decision was made that our dog's continued suffering was inhumane, Nikki kindly explained step by step how they would proceed, and what role we could play. My oldest daughter held our pup, and he peacefully let go. Dr. C and Nikki were absolutely solid in guiding us through this highly emotional moment.

703 Vineland Rd, Winter GardenPuppy Dreams is the only place we trust to take care of our pups when we’re away! After a horrible experience at another boarding facility we found Puppy Dreams. There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I’m glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn’t happened on any of the occasions they’ve stayed.The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn’t a safe environment for them. It’s been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it’s taken to get all of our repairs completed.The staff is fantastic and it’s reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they’re away from home. They’re getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. Cute decor, and there were so many teas to choose from. I wasn't interested in trying anything new today, so I chose my all-time favorite flavor (matcha) for $10 a pack. The cashier girl was polite and friendly.

Gluten free needs to be cooked at a lower temperature and the oven here is too hot the crust burns and the center is raw. I've tried three times and it's always the same . There oven is just too hot for cauliflower crust. But all the the regular pizza is very good!
