I was very surprised at the lack of customer service given. And how I knew it was so bad because I got the complete opposite service at the Celebration store. I went there to exchange the sneakers I bought from Winter Garden because they had the ones I wanted.

MARQUEL C. That's THE guy. With busy back to school shopping this guy made my kids and I feel like we were the only customer in the store. Helped us while helping 3 other customers and still found a way to come back and check on us after we changed style and sizes. This guy could have done what most do and say sorry what's on the shelf is what we have and he didn't. He Checked the back , checked other .stores, checked online. Simply put he is customer service. I highly recommend you going to this location and ask for HIM to assist you. GREAT GUY GREAT SERVICE.

Back to school shopping with the family. Busy as expected, however WILL made our experience easy. Never seen a staff member so ready to help and with such positive energy. Jadon also showed great customer service, and was very patient with us at the register.

Terrible customer service, workers are passive aggressive and don’t want to help. The Manager was not very helpful at all, lights are on but no one is home with him.

I think the service could improve, as the store offers a lot of product options such as t-shirts, pants, blouses and sneakers of different models, I didn't find much variety of sizes in some shoes, and the price is within the normal range, nothing lower or on sale

Staff was helpful and friendly and this store isn't as high paced as the one at the outlets near me. I've gotten pretty good deals, I think, and good size selection.
