Rolf was exceedingly efficient and thoroughly knowledgeable about all of the products on the floor and in the warehouse. We were in and out with a terrific new Temperpedic mattress and base in less than 20 minutes. Rolf's stellar customer service and product knowledge is deserving of a massive marble statute at the National Mattress Museum in his honor. If he isn't already the Manager of the Winter Park Villiage store, he should be instantly promoted to CEO of the organization.
