I have been shopping at Lowe’s stores for years and usually have good experiences. This one has the worst service ever! The customers are everything! The main reason the people are employed however the employees of this store do not know or understand that. I went in to get a grill and first of all I had to flag a gentleman down to help, he left the area and never returned. Then as I was dragging a grill to the front desk to pay, I asked another person to help as it was a lot to cat myself. He told me to “just take it up front”. When I got it paid for and was trying to load it in my car the exit employee was not helpful at all. When asking for twine to tie the lid down he said we needed to go inside and buy it however the clerk told us it was outside. Then he did not help once I found it myself. Didn’t want to help get scissors to cut it either. Completely useless personnel.
If you need assistance in any way do not expect to get it from the staff. Bring a friend or family member to help you. It will be important if you need help lifting, cutting twine/looking for scissors.

The wire by the foot section has been broken for 6 months, severely limiting what types of wire you have access to. Fix it and I'll adjust my review.

I am not one to write reviews. However I feel inclined to share my experience with Lowe’s millwork. Ordered French doors through the in-store department. First off it took way longer than expected working with the people in millwork to enter my order correctly. Thinking they were in training. Was promised discounts that they never honored. After 2 months of patiently waiting, the doors are finally delivered, but damaged and missing parts. The contracting company they hired has to return the doors back to the store now and I have to wait another 2+ months for new doors. Where is the customer care? What about quality control? I expect better from Lowe’s. SMH :-(
