Lowe's in Inverness, FL. The worst store and customer service I've ever come across! Spent almost $20k on kitchen and appliances 4 months ago. The whole kitchen project from start to finish has been a nightmare! David Badore is the worst person I have ever dealt with, he even basically called me a liar! I've filed a complaint via phone and email. I will never set foot in that store again! I had to pick a star to post this review but this store deserves 0 stars!

I can not express how thankful I am to have met Eric in the lumbar dept this weekend. I went to Lowe's to build a feeding chair for our 3 yr old dog who was diagnosed with Mega esophagus. I took her measurements and went to get the lumbar and tools. I knew it was gonna need more cuts than they allow and I was prepared to get a jog saw and make the extra cuts Eric saw me with my sheet of lumbar and asked if I needed help. I could barely get the words out as I started crying hysterically. He was so sweet and genuine. He opened his arms and I just fell right into them. He took the time to make sure I got every piece I needed cut, he talked to me, he calmed me down, but most importantly he showed me he cared. I worked for years at Home Depot, so I have always been partial to the orange box but Lowe's was a lot closer and because of Eric, I will continue to return. Thank you for showing me the human kindness I needed and for taking such great care of me on Friday. The chair still needs the cushions added but so for it is a success. .

Lowes has tried to deliver me a washer and dryer and all three deliveries have had major damages to the Washer and dryer and after six weeks of delivery issues I had to take a damaged set as there was no other washer and dryer arriving anytime soon and Courtney from Lowe's executive customer care issues me a case number with a $500 credit due to the numerous issues and now Lowe's' executive customer care is refusing to honor what Courtney promised me and now I had to file a complaint with the better business bureau due to Lowe's being such a terrible company for customer resolutions . I have received at least three calls a week from Lowe's customer care telling me that they will not compensate me and this will be the last conversation yet they keep calling me! AVOID LOWES AT ALL COSTS!

The stores employees make Home Depot employees look like geniuses. They are robots with no ability to assist you. Secondly, the return policy here is insane. If you try to return anything they deem to be holiday related, even unopened sting lights they will refuse you. It's not on their receipt or return policy yet they will tell you they cannot return it. Too many other local options to deal with this hardware store and the incompetence that its employees demonstrate. I've been spending $10k a year here and I'm done.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, staff, clean, well organized store. It's crazy that the rating on Yelp is so low, because everywhere else it's over four stars, and this particular, Lowes should be a five star.

KUDOS to Ramiro for providing supreme quality customer service! He helped find a screw we needed for our home project from wayfair. The selection was r xcellent, and so was the value. They us a military discount! Thank God for Lowes! I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business! The value was very inexpensive!

I am rating that I bought a washer/dryer Maytag Pet Pro with $250.00 extended warranty in July 2023. Super noisy washer and dryer won't dry in ome cycle, so more power wasted. This week washer drum broke. Went to Lowe's to return them and pay the diffrerence for another brand. Lowe's won't do it unless you get an RA# from Maytag, which the won't give Waiting for service now. Returns only 48 hrs after buying-- How convenient! Maytag, Amana, are made by Whirpool. You will notice similarities. Will never get any of their brands.

GO TO "LOWES SUCKS" ON FACEBOOK AND SEE 15,000 OTHERS LIKE US WHO WERE RIPPED OFF BY LOWES BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I had a great experience at Lowe's Home Improvement in Winter Garden, Florida. The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was well-stocked, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended for all your home improvement needs!

This was absolutely the worse experience. Lowe's and Keller. Terrible. From getting an in home estimate which over estimated the square footage of carpet required by 100 sq ft. I know this because I had also received an estimate from Home Depot that was a hundred sq ft less. So instead of being left with 17 sq ft of carpet. I'm left with 117 = $580 vs $85 at HD. But Lowes says they over estimate by 25% so of the $5000 carpet, they will over charge you by $1250 for seems that may be needed. Go with HD, more honest estimate. My second grievance is with the contractor used by Lowe's and being charged $1500 for labor but getting only someone they paid less than $750 which is the amount he confessed to being paid less to. Which is terrible? Why should I pay for labor that I did not receive? And due to this an 8 hour job of 4 rooms with closets turned into 13 hours and my family 8 month pregnant wife included eating dinner on the floor in the office. Kids not being able to get ready for bed and school next day. if they had sent the amount of labor I was charged for, the estimated time would have been the 8 hour job. My grievance isn't with the skilled laborer they sent, he did what he could and the carpets look good. But when you pay something, you should get something. I am sure Mr. Keller pays to get carpet installed in his home, he gets the laborers that he pays for even if they pay them shite. Greed is never good and I will never shop at Lowe's again. I will drive further to HD or pay more at Ace but they are great! Stay Away from Lowe's Home Installation and Keller Carpets (pay your employees more and customers should be dealt with honestly, integrity, and get the labor you pay for not less than half. Terrible business practices.

So I know everyone has their own opinions, and I'm here simply to share mine. I use curbside pick up a lot at this Lowe's because it's so much easier for me to simply click a button and add items to my cart and pay for them than it is to have to shop throughout the whole store. Anytime I do a pick up whether it's curbside or at the customer service desk. I always have a great experience. Everyone is always so kind and extremely helpful. Even though I came inside to pick it up, someone is always available to help me unload the cart into my car. Whenever I do have the patience and the time to shop throughout the store, I've never run into a problem where in associate doesn't know where something is or they don't have helpful hints. This is by far my favorite Lowe's location and if you haven't been here yet, I encourage you to stop by. An extra bonus when shopping in the store is that they always have good music.

Bought a sliding glass door for my shower. The process of buying the door was a nightmare. Scheduling the guy to come out to measure was easy (and he was a gem: knowledgeable, respectful, professional and punctual, answered all questions with grace, notably a 3rd party, not from Lowe's). We were told by Lowe's guys we could come by Monday night to pay, arrived, got walked around, then told no one there knew how to fulfill one of those orders, only 1 guy, Mike. Told we could call and do it over the phone the next day. Okay. When we called, got sent back from customer service to the department 5 times, just ringing and ringing, over 45 minutes just to pay for the door. Mind, when I actually spoke to Mike, he was very professional, but he's the only gem there, the lady at customer service was downright rude. I don't blame him, I blame the lack of cross-training or training in general, which is a failure of management. We get it taken care of, the day of the installation comes. Turns out they gave my door to another customer, and when said customer returned it, of course, it was opened and missing a piece and the warranty was voided. Had to order me a new door and refund me the original, another 2 weeks with no shower. They made that decision to re-order it without even telling me of the mix-up until it was done, no way to decide to refund and leave. The only way I found out was, again, through the professional 3rd party keeping me up to date as soon as he knew. The door works well and does what it needs to do, but NEVER purchase an appliance, door or any other installation or special order from this store. Not worth it.
