My daughter and I went for an afternoon mani/pedi. I spent 2.5 hours there to get a pedicure and had to leave with my nails not finished and had to go somewhere else that evening. My daughter’s nails (photo included) just broke after 4 days. They still charged $180 total for what we both got, and I now have to bring my daughter to get her nails fixed less than a week later too.

I had dipping on my nails..Tyra did an amazing job on shaping my nails and the finishing touches with chrome make them shine so beautiful. I definitely will be coming back to this nail salon

Never coming back again. I got a French full set with the dip.
1. Each nail looks differently
2. The arch of the French is crooked on 7/10 of my nails
3. Emily told me to come at 5:30pm just for whoever the guy is at the front to say “well Emily isn’t here come back tomorrow”.
4. He insisted Amy fix it because she’s the specialist in French dip
I got my nails done 3 days ago and it’s looks like I had them for 2 mos
Totally just wasted my time.
If you want a French mani or good customer service I would advise you not to come here

Extremely pricey for standard! Nails was not handled with care. Also looks dirty, as far as equipment used. Won’t be going here again & would not recommend it to anyone. Definitely seen a lot better. My nails did not last a day, was a waste of money

Today, I went to the nail salon with my grandma to get a manicure, pedicure, and to get my grandma's eyebrows waxed. Instantly things went wrong...I got my pedicure done first (keep in mind I'm 12 years old) the nail tech did not ask if I was comfortable or if she was being too rough. she was rough and hurt. I would flinch and pull my foot away and she would just continue and not check on me and hurt me. There was nail polish left on my skin and she just moved on. After she finished butchering my feet she moved on to my manicure. She did a very sloppy job, each nail had issues. To add on to everything the nail polish was extremely uneven and bubbling up. I went to approach her about the issues, but she was too consumed with checking her social media. By that time, my grandma was called back for her eyebrows. I let it go and went to the room with my grandma. Someone else worked on my grandmas eye brows and got wax in her hair. It was just a series of messes. My first and last time going there. I would not say I left there with "lovely nails."

***AVOID*** PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS. SERVICE ISN'T WHERE IT SHOULD BE FOR THE PRICES BEING CHARGED.

I’ve never been to a nail salon so dirty in my entire life. I can only speak for the station I was at. The nail polish was also so old (it’s what the nail tech kept on saying) that was so runny that she was applying to two nails at time and letting under the UV light to dry switching from one hand to another constantly, and I was having a workout on my hands/arms instead of having a peaceful and relaxing time.
She could’ve advised of picking a different nail polish, but no, she kept saying I’m sorry the nail polish is so old. What a shame!
The quality of service was very poor and I walked out with my nails all smudged on the sides.
The very next day I had to go to a different nail salon (Windermere Lakeside-Luxury Nails) to redo it.
Never coming back at this place.

The worst manicure ever! Kathy did not know what she was doing. I added the receipt because I did my nails yesterday night and they look like I did them a month ago and did work on my backyard which I never do! My hands are extremely dry. She burned me and cut me multiple times and then charge me: $50 for dip, $20 for gel, and $30 for an acrylic full set that I’m pretty sure I did not get or ask for. I was with my aunt and son and their experience was super different so I just paid and left. But I wanted to post the pictures because in less than 24 hours I have to go to another place to fix the mess she did and charged $100 for…

Paid $40 for a sloppy pedicure. After 5 minutes, the lady kicked me out. They didn’t have any fans so they can dry faster. I gave a $2 tip and she complained about that. She didn’t deserve a tip for a sloppy paint job and kicking me out so fast.

I'm not sure if it was due to there being new staff or just a complete rip off, I was charged almost 300$ for a mani pedi for me and my sister. Our nail request was simple just to get a thick uneven coat. So disappointing especially since we were regular customers.

No matter when you come even if there's only two customers they will sit them directly next to the toddler chairs so if you come with a child You can not get your nails done together it's makes no logical sense . There's 8 chairs open in either side but they will sit them right next to the only two toddler chairs blocking anyone from getting nails done with there kids for no reason at all.
