Shernell at the winter garden facility was so helpful even though she couldn’t do my lab she made sure I was able to make an appointment to the correct facility it’s the little things that count I appreciate her so much. Very friendly. Very professional!!!

They need to put on site that they don't accept walk ins. I got there at 2:53 and the lady was walking out with her coffee cup and no patients. Very frustrating that it takes 3 minutes to draw blood and she could even help me know I already went to 2 other locations. Also they don't answer phones so I have to drive to different locations.

Called the location and the automated voice message told me that walk-ins are acceptable and when I got their they said it was appointment only. 2 people inside doing nothing and to schedule an appointment you must book 3-weeks in advance.

I went today at 2:30pm to get my bloodwork done. The single lady working there was extremely rude to me and my mother as soon as we got there. When it was time to draw my blood i told her I have a condition that my blood pressure drops and sometimes I pass out when getting my blood drawn. She turned around and spoke to herself “oh what a headache this will be” loudly enough for me and my mom to hear. For someone in a position to treat patients like this is inexcusable and I hope some measures are taken to ensure quality in the future.

Worst customer service. The lady at this Labcorp is very rude. She needs to learn how to behave with patients, especially the elderly. Labcorp needs to teach their staff how to be customer friendly ! I wish we had better places in Windermere for a lab test . Unfortunately this is the only near by labcorp

I checked in as a walk-in and waited over 30 minutes. Cancelled my appointment at another location because it was far away and this was more convenient. With my name on the board as a walk-in, the tech comes out and says its appointment only. After waiting 30 minutes. There should be a sign posted like the other Walgreens do if its appointment only. Such a waste of time and terrible customer service.

I had an appointment for 2:45. I was late. I showed up at 2:58 knocked on the door 3 times before someone came to the door. At 3pm she came and looked at me as if I was in the wrong place. I told her I had appointment and my name was just on the screen, she had been closing down the lab for the day although the lab doesn’t close until 3:30. Yes I was late but I’m 8 in a half months pregnant with a toddler I have extreme rib, pain and pelvic pain so I’m sorry it took me some time to get there, yet to be technical I got there before closing And being that she said she had no appointments today I think she could’ve given me five minutes more of her time to poke me with a needle and send off some lab work. My toddler had an accident and I had to rush back home to clean him up and then went back On my way to my appointment. She asked me to come back the next day. That is the last time I will go back to that location. The Jamaican tech who I’ve sent before there Was very nice and if she was still there I would go back. The other lady seem to have no sympathy for me, clearly looking at the fact That I am pregnant with the toddler and try my best to get there instead, she closed early and referred for me to come back another day. It’s sad some people just don’t care about your situation. I respect an appointment and understand that the appointment time is that time, but I would also be more understanding to a woman or any person with any disability that I can see is clearly having a hard time but it’s fine God bless her and may She never be in my situation.
